My self shirish chandrakant deshmukh
I booked hundai xcent car at shivam hundai (Pune-baner).
Before few months ago through sanket kulkarni.
On that time i told them everything my loan is not passed still and all.
They said ok... When your loan will be pass after that we will do.
And my loan is passing because of some finacial reason.
So today i called in the showroom to vishal shende for cancelation of car booking.
Now hes saying from your booking 3000 /- will deducted.
But before booking nobody told me this conditions.
So please let me help please requestuing to you.

We received Calls from [protected] asking for our bank details claiming to be the director of advaith hyundai, Mumbai (Mr. Srinivasan) . They assured to replace our damaged car and also refund 25, 000 . Later our account was debited with the whole balance available.
