Hyundai Motor India — broken gearbox

Again it happened. The gear box is leaking for the 4th time in 4 years.
With the first failure it was proven that the hyundai engineering is a big failure and then in the subsequent times it is proven that hyundai does not even care about proper service, customer satisfaction and does not listen to customer for the already sold cars.
What i expect as a customer is a permanent solution and don’t want to spend my valuable time for your mistakes. I had enough of this issue.
First four times some temporary solutions were provided by apco hyundai calicut and each time they told that it is fixed. Then i lost trust in them. So i took the car to a different hyundai dealer who conveyed that gear box is still leaking.
Please take this issue with high priority and not just as a regular complaint because this is the fourth time i am suffering. If i don’t get proper importance for this issue and timely permanent solution (Without any usual lame marketing tactics from a company to a user), my next step would be rely on the court of law. Sorry to say this but i am really in a pathetic state which forced me to say this. Hope hyundai values your customer.
