Hyundai Motor India — Calutch setting mismatch repairs time | |||||
Dear sir, I had a accident with my hyundai eon car no rj 18 cb3886. Subsequently i had given my car to service centre jhunjhunu for repair work on 25 july 2016 The car was repaired by your authorised service centre and handed over to me on 07 august 2016. While handing over i noticed a strange stiffness in clutch. This was reported by me there itself to your crm managers mr amit and mr ashok. I was told to come again next day to rectify their mistake. I had to stay 1 day extra in jhunjhunu for this which caused a great inconvenience to me. Next day the car was inspected by the service centre and i was told that the clutch was perfectly fine. I still had doubts but crm manager denied any fault in clutch setting. I was handed over the car subsequently. But, the clutch started giving problems next day only. After running approx 250 km the clutch failed. I raised a complaint for the same and now my car is in the service station. Now the service station is demanding me money to replace clutch plate. I would like to state that the clutch failed due to negligience of the service centre and i should not bear the cost for the same.
