I m very much disappointed from hyundai xcent car battery. This is second time first i m very much disappointed from your service centre mid behavior. And they charge me 2500/- and due to them i spent 20000/- extra without any problems. And now in 1.5 year my car battery fail. If i buy any branded car battery from open market they gave me minimum 3 years replacement guarantee. But your service centre try to explain it is outsource product we only given 1 year guarantee
It is not good thing.

First time also hyundai company can't taken any serious action againt. And without inform me they close my complain
And this time i hope they do some serious action because this time hyundai company itself involved.
