I bought a new Hyundai Fluid VERNA 1.6sx on 20th November 2015 Reg No:KL 36 E 6695 from Popular Hyundai's Vaikom show room.After one day from the date of delivery i have noticed mist in the Head Lights and i have informed Mr Sankar (sales team leader) and the concerned service in charge.And they informed me that they will replace the Head lamps from a newly vehicle in the show room.For that i give the vehicle for a day service and at the evening they said they have replaced the lamps.When i took the car off course there was no mist.But the very next day again the problem still remains.I informed Mr Rahul(Asst service manager) he said the complaint will be rectified with in days the only thing i have to do is to take some photographs of the misted head lights and whats app it, so i did that.And Mr Rahul said they have forwarded the photographs and Head lamp will be replaced with in 2 weeks time.On 1st January 2016 when i called Mr Rahul he said that the warranty has been rejected and still i don't know the reason.Now i don't have any hope on the service persons so i am forced to go by law.
