Hyundai Motor India — car delivered without patrol

Sir on 27 sep 17 at about 1830 he i have taken delivery of i 20 sports model. We have got out of showroom at about 300 meters car got off in middle of fully crowded road. We were in panic very imbrasing situation. We were told that 5 liter of patrol is there in tank. But it was empty
Sir why i should not move to court for this mental agoni.
