Hyundai Motor India — car delivery delay | |||
Dear Concerned, This is to share that I, Inderjit Singh, had booked Grand i10 Sportz DSL 2019 model through CSD on 10th May 19 at Joshi Hyundai Chandigarh with a booking amount of Rs 15000. But till date it had not been delivered. The sequence of events that had happened are as shared below : 10th May 19 : Grand i10 Sportz DSL 2019 model through booked through CSD with booking amount of Rs 15000 26th May 19 : Got information from showroom on unavailablility of 2019 diesel model 31st may 19 : Mr Rajesh Souman (Sales Mgr) offered 2018 model instead of 2019 model of different color which was accepted. 06th Jun 19 : Showroom confirmed order for 2018 model 07th to 12th Jun : Continous follow-up done by me for delivery status with Mr Rajesh, but no confirmation shared.Meanwhile LS order fro CSD also shared with showroom on 7th Jun. 13th Jun 19 : Service Request ID 1-[protected] logged on customer care [protected] and after that verbal discussion happened with Joshi Hyundai customer care manager and HOD Mr. Walia that 2018 model is also not available. Now till date ie. 14th Jun 19, NO information available with me even after 35 days about the whereabout of car delivery against order dated 10th May even after FULL PAYMENT of Rs. 5, 87, 408 (incl. of loan of Rs 3Lac).
