Hyundai Motor India — car for servicing given, even after 3 months, no response

Address:Tangra, kolkata

My car was given for insurance claim at saini hyundai service centre, tangra, kolkata.
I gave it on 11 march and they are only giving fake dates and promises till now and now saying parts are not available while i was told on 25th may that the parts are all available but today they are saying its not available.
Only fake dates and promises since lockdown is relaxed and fake dates were also given pre lockdown
