I have sent my venue car for 3rd free servicing to Sapphire hyundai dwarka and all the servicing job were done on committed time.While Delivering my car at my residence the delivery guy hit to some electric pole and lot of scrathes and damages were done in my car.After complaining to service centre they picked up my car and repaired just half of the things.After calling so many times to the manager they did it in 5 days just rubbing and polishing job.Again after doing this in 5 days they finally sent car at my residence again.But sorry to say there was permanent marker used in my car which is not getting erased.I have informed the management and manager again now again they asked me to send the car to service center. This is due to lack of professionalism and lack of management from the center.Highly disappointed from the service center and management.Please help as they are just taking this issue lightly.
