Hyundai Motor India — car repair maintenance

My car met an accident. I send my car for repair to service station of Morani hyndai. Last 7 days lapse for repair but there is no response from service centre. They are not providing any response. Please help. Parts not available there.my vehicle details as follows RJ 14 NC 0308 Manoj Kumar Bansal. No one responded there
How I can work without vehicle. No higher authority there. Please resolve issue
