Hyundai Motor India — car service not done satisfactory

Dear sir/madam,

In reference to complaint subject matter, i received several calls from delight motors plaza regarding car servicing on dated:13.09.2019, 18.09.2019, 21.09.2019, 28.09.2019, 07.10.2019. Finally, i sent my car to delight motors plaza, sahibabad, ghaziabad for car service on dated 07.10.2019 (Ref. Job card attached).

After servicing, they handed over the car and the service charge amount (Ref. Bill attached) already paid on 12.10.2019. When we received the car and drive it towards our resident, it was stopped after 10-15 kms driving and not start yet due to over heating of engine, how is it possible after servicing the car situation with such type of engine problem, however the car was running perfectly before servicing and never happened such type of incident in past running/driving.

Finally, we called to delight motors plaza and handed over the same car them. Now i am trying to call them, but they are not replying as well as responding satisfactorily. I called them on dated:14.10.2019 (2 times), 17.10.2019, 18.10.2019 (2 times), 19.10.2019 and also today i. E. 21.10.2019.

In view of above, i want my car in previous condition at earliest after checking the hyundai technical engineer certification with all checklist.

It is kindly requested, to take further necessary action at your end please and inform the same.

I have creata car i give to Sharma hyndai for frount glass borken in 2 nd sevice say your car reparing after 1 month we have 100 of car so u claim after 1 or 2 month i puurches my car dt29-10-18 not before 1 years its very poor service i cant refer to any to purches hyndia car..
Paint peel off, repaint is denied due citing the above work is not covered under warranty.
