Hyundai Motor India — Careless maintenance | |||||
Respected sir, It's been almost 2 years since I brought a new Hyundai Verna Automatic(2015). Since then the car was in perfect condition until the beginning of 2016, the car's gearbox was in serious trouble(the car never downshift the gear;it get stuck after 3rd gear). We got it checked and it was solved. Later, by the half of 2015, the problem seemed to be troubling as the gears never shift down and it made horrendous to drive the car in city limits. We called the service centre, got it checked and they somehow solved the problem. By that time the car never made 7000km on odo. After a month of repair, the problem seemed to be getting worse and the car was taken to the service centre. The car was left there for about 1 month and the people in the service station barely looked after the car. After a serious of complaints they somehow managed to solve, and they handed the car after 1 month. Then again, by december of 2016, the problem got worse. The car just crossed 9000kms only!! And its been 1year and 8 month since I brought the car. By this period of time, the car broke 4 times. The people in service station never clearly examined and never diagnosed the problem, and we are in a serious trouble of owning a car. All they say is that "you have to repair" or " we'll try once more". We need a complete solution for this. Was this information helpful? | |||||
