Hyundai Motor India — charge for making extra claim from insurance company

Dear sir,
Please look into the matter, i got service of my car hyundai grand i10 from ashok hyundai service centre.
Where i have to pay extra charges to them for making accidental from insurance company. Please i want refund of my extra amount paid in that service after service when i returned back to home tyre got punctured too

Please do the needful.
