Dear hyundai motor india ltd.
I purchased a hyundai - dl10cs7490/ i10 grand sports in may 2015, from day 1 i told hans hyundai delhi, that i found clutch very hard, but there reply it’s not issues as a new vehicle it is like that but it will be get smooth automatically. For every service there are different service advisers, and i share same thing with them but repeatedly getting same answer. Now after warranty period they raised same issue that my vehicle have hard clutch & i need to replace complete set which costs around 15000. Till now run is approx. 20000 kms. They never entered this as complaint in there job card. I tried to discuss this with there gm service, she have no proper answer, but refuses to do under warranty.
This is really surprising to me - a customer invests more in the experience than just the car, and this isn't an experience anyone would feel like having.
I would really appreciate if issues will be taken in consideration begin a well known brand due to we people and making money in this way after continuously follow up with this issue. Please share contact details/ email of hyundai so that things will b sought out.

EPS was faulty from Day One
Could not demonstrate the fault to the service personnel as it was occasional and 'on and off'. In fact the service centre made nil earnest and sincere effort to ascertain the fault.

Thus, the warranty period elapsed and the service men was able to ascertain the fault.

Now, steering is hard,
tiresome to drive

    I have purchased a car in hyundai car in produttur while jan 17, but bs 6 they told car is available from april, so u can buy a car of 2020 model coming bs 4 so i haved trusted abnd purchased a car and after when i purchased next day only bs 6 car has came and they have cheaten me about not saying that product now what i want to do, how can i solve that issue, and i have wasted my money, and when asked to manager is saying company i=has not given prop[er information about what i want to do they are telling

        Hi hyundai motor

        I m ranbir singh owner of my elite i20 asta optional diesel august 2017 model having company fitted alloy wheels nd bridestone 195/55r16 b250 tyre damaged due to sudden uneven road bump this month. I purchased my elite i20 diesel from srishti hyundai rohtak, haryana. But when i visit to my hyundai showroom to clam my damage products under warranty then warranty manager mr. Chander shakher [protected] at srishti hyundai rohtak instantly ignored my serious concern. He said to me their is no gaurantee or warranty of alloy wheels nd tyre from hyundai showroom. I really very disappointed 😞 to see the behavior of employees after selling their vehicles. I think this is ridiculous nd not acceptable at all.
        Please i request to hyundai motor to inspect my concern nd help me out.
        I am facing too much problems due to this incident.
        I hope you understand my situation nd trying to make out solutions.

          I purchase i20 diesel 2012 model hyundai promise certified car with one year warranty from fairdeal hyundai, adityapur, jamshedpur, jharkhand on first week of april 2019.

          On same month i given turbo related complain to the same dealer's service center and the service manager advise me to come after few days or within a warranty period because it will take 15 to 20 days for finding actual problem and successfully solution.

          Again on 7th december 2019 i take my car to the service center and they assured me to come after 20 days. Today more than 1.5 month has been over but the turbo of car is not repaired and standing in service center.

          In this repairing period i come to know from service manager of above said dealer that this is an accidental car. First owner has exchanged against new car.

          Now i am getting news that approval of car warranty (Turbo) is rejected because it is an accidental case and run over 70000 km. Car not run more than 1000 km till date from the purchasing date april 2019.

          I m seeing that dealer and h promise are blaming to each other for availing the turbo warranty of my car.

          Now my question from hyundai company is
          1. How you are authorizing any dealer for selling accidental car on the name of h promise certified car. As h promise norms & policy said that accidental car cannot be certify and sell to the customer.

          2. If dealer / h promise is giving 1 year warranty certificate then why my car is not getting repaired till now. Who is the responsible team and how much time will take to repair.

          3. Why hyundai promise / hyundai company did not take any feedback from the customer between warranty period.

          4. What action hyundai promise / hyundai company will take against the fraud done by selling accidental car on the name of h promise certified car to me.

          5. What action you will take against the harassment given to me by dealer now and in future.

          6. Is my car's turbo related issue will be resolved or not. If resolved then when it will deliver to me because my car is standing in service center from 1.5 month. It is in warranty period and after march 2020 it will get expired..

          7. Why you are not inspecting the car carefully before selling to customer and giving the certificate of h promise with one year warranty.

            I am facing warranty problem, i have extended warranty validity upto 09/20. But in the time of sales of car your dealership ask buy the extended warranty and i bearing that and after give certificate. But in this time my car is break down due to stearing working hard, they says to me this porblem is not covered under the warranty, so where will customer go facing financial loss, i don't understand the terminology used in warranty certificate, i request you solve my problem and give the mantely relax

              I had purchased hyundai santo (Sportz) as on 15.05.2019 from joshi hyundai situated at mohali.

              Car details as follows :

              From the very first month of purchase, i am facing many issues with the driving comfort of the car.
              At the first instance in the starting month of buying, suddenly there was some noise came out of the car engine which resulted in break failure, with the grace of god i had managed to stop the car by using hand brake of the car. And in this regard i had visited the concerned service centre of joshi hyundai-chandigarh, after complete inspection of the car, they updated that there is some loose bolt in the engine of the car and they have tightened the same and assured to me there would not be any such instance repeated in future.
              Now again on 13.01.2020, again i had faced the same problem of brake failure along with crack in the front windshield of the car by using defogger.

              First issue : repeat of break failure
              I was going to my home on 13.01.2020, while driving the brake pedal got free and touched the bottom of the car. There was some noise come out from the engine (Which seems like if somebody is dragging a steel rod to some part of the car or road.) which again resulted in brake failure. To again save on my life, i applied hand brake in the car to stop. There were no pressure again in the brake pedal for some time, after stopping the car by putting suddenly hand brake, i again tried to check the car brake pedal and then pressure in the brake pedal started building up after so many attempts of applying brake. Hence the pressure built and brake was getting applied after some time. Again on the very next day with repeated issue of brake failure, i visited service centre of joshi hyundai-chandigarh, they issued a job card to me in this regard and again inspected the complete car breaking system and again assured to me this would not happen again as they were unable to identify any issue with braking. But it is surprised to understand in the evening i had received a call from joshi hyundai, and they are ready to replace the some components of brake to resolve the issue. I am unable to understand if there seems some issue with the brake which they might have found later on, they should have this rectified at the very first instance.
              How can they put my life at risk again with the faulty breaking system which can be a manufacturing defect?

              Second issue : windshield breakage
              A day before brake failure due to fog i applied defogger in for removal of fog from the front windshield, there appears a small sign of crack in the corner which is kept extending day by day to the centre of the windshield.

              I am again unable to understand how can defogger resulting in the breakage of the windshield. The service manager at the service centre has given the outright refusal to me to without even putting this up with hyundai. They are pre-assumed regarding the refusal for the same.

              Then i again requested mr rohit (Sales employee at joshi hyundai) he, on his personal level, requested their warranty manager to put these issues up with hyundai, after a day i am being told that they got the refusal for replace of windshield due to some minor scratch on the windshield. Which is again verbal as no refusal note has been shared with me.

              As a consumer, i have not spent appox 5.50 lac from my hard earned to money to keep myself at risk. This is also to inform you that i would be taking this up with consumer court at your cost

              Yesterday, i visited the joshi hyundai. Mr jaswal - service manager confirmed and updated to us that mr nitin is not available and the case has been assigned to some third person although he had a discussion with him telephonically.

              Mr jaswal updated us that they are ready to change master cylinder basis our request. But he has confirmed verbally that they are ready to replace windshield at 50% waiver from hyundai. (As per approval received by mr jaswal)
              My second concern with the car is still pending for resolution, beings wht i am being forced to pay rest 50%.

              On my request for remaining 50% waiver, mr jaswal instructed me to call mr nitin being he is authorized for the remaining waiver and accordingly as per discussion with mr jaswal they will take up and check the matter with higher authorities.

              Kindly expedite and look into the matter as soon as possible as car has already been handed over to joshi hyundai chandigarh.
              I had purchased new Hyundai santro on 25.09.2019 hence car was delivered to me with dent on driver side back door.
              After few months my car was indicating engine symbol on my display.
              after tow months again same problem now the car is continuously vibrating and indicating engine symbol.

              My car is just 03 months old.

                I had sent my car for my 3rd free service with the service leaflet attached to the service book, but the mohan motors science city workshop denied me free service and asked me to do whatever i can but they will not provide me my 3rd free service. My car is well within warranty and they are denying that. They are forcing me to take paid service. I am well aware of the condition of mohan motors in kolkata but why should the customer face any problem because of that?

I complain the same to mr dilip and he said i have removed it while washing but now i have lost it and do not know where is the card.

                    Dear sir,
                    My car was flooded and was at hyundai service centre for six months. Because i was fighting with insurance company for total loss. At last i got some amount from insurance company which was disbursed to the financer and i got the flooded car back as it is. The main problem is that when i went to take my car i found that my car bonet was replaced without informing me and i don't know how many parts has been replaced. The question is that how can we trust on the authorised service centre.

                      I was handedover my car for crossmember problem.. At the time of card opening and gate entry date 6 janurary 2020 my car running reading was 2952 km.
                      After completion all the work my car running reading is 3314 km dated 23 janurary 2020.

                      At the time of job card opening only crossmember work only done...
                      But at the time of car receiving my 3 nos of main gate are paint... Plz help

                        I had booked the vehicle with ss hyundai mavelikkara, kerala on 07.12.2019 including advance amt of rs. 3500 and they had promised to deliver within a week since i asked for color blue. And i paid full amt by end of second week of dec (17.12.19) and then they said 10 more days for delivery ie, between 27 to 29. I agreed and they called back (Mr. Shan) on 28th and asked for a color change which i was not ready & asked for cancelling my order bt they said they will get back in one week.. On 1st of january 2020, the executive mr. Sheemon called me and requested for another 15 days and said i will get a 2020 model without any additional cost and requested to be ready for blue or red. First i disagreed and asked for a cancellation. But they requested so much which i agreed.. On 13th of january 2020, we went to the showroom for asking abt the delivery, then they said blue is not at all available and we had to opt for red and that too will be delivered within another 12 days and asked for 6000 rupees which i blankly said i won't pay and again i asked cancellation since i didn't wanted to wait for another 12 days. I clearly told mr. Shan that i will wait for 7 days and if they fail to deliver they will have to give my money along with interest at the earliest. That time line got over on 17th. Again they called 9n 20th and said the vehicle will come tomorrow and day after tomorrow they will deliver it after registration ie on 22nd or 23rd.. And yesterday ie21st, they called and said vehicle came and i have to give 23000 extra for taking the vehicle since the december offer is not valid now..

                        I had opted the vehicle looking the december offer and i paid the amount in full and now they says they can't give the offer..

                        This is a pure case of cheating. Now also they are asking for 18000 for the vehicle. Now i am forced to go to consumer court for the same. Bcoz they have asked for so many extention from december which restrained me from looking for december offers from other dealers. And now i have to pay the revised amount even if i go for other dealers.. And they are not ready to provide me the offer for which i have paid the entire amount.

                        I would like to have attention in this matter and would like to know your decision regarding this.. My decision to go to consumer court will depend on ur decision..

                          Hello team,

                          I have got my venue car delivered on 2nd jan 2020. Also i have ordered for venue seat covers and i haven't received at the time of car delivery as there was no stock. I was asked to wait for a week. After a week when i went and checked for seat covers, it was a disaster. Because all other seat covers of hyundai had tags but the one showed to me did not have a tag and the quality was very poor. It did not seem like a original seat cover of venue car. Moreover, i have paid total amount of car and seat covers as well. Also they had promised me of the 8000rs and above seat covers price as we had requested for black and red combinations seat cover and they had agreed for it at the time of booking. But inspite of waiting so much, we were very disappointed seeing the seat covers and the colour did not match our requirement.
                          When we asked about this, they are telling us 'this seat cover fits for the price you have given'. Now they are telling us that the seat cover which we had requested is 12500rs worth and there are different types of seat covers and different types of leather.
                          I don't understand why this wasn't conveyed to us before booking the car or before booking the seat cover?
                          And this shows their layback attitude towards customers.
                          Before purchasing a car every staff and the service will be very good but after that we get to see their true colours!!!
                          Also i still haven't received my fast tag and i dont even know if they have uploaded my vehicle registration number in the rto portal.
                          To add up on this, we had requested for guidance regarding car loan and the bank staff of lakshmi hyundai misguided us and suggested to take up more loan than we required.
                          I did not expect this from hyundai company executives.
                          Kindly look into this on priority.

                            Sir i have booked the hyundai venue car on 13-14th november 2019 and the dealer said that i will recieve it till 1st jan
                            But till now i have not recieved the car and even he said that the company has not accepted the order. I have booked venue base model on csd facility from berkeley hyundai zirakpur. I am an army personal and will be get posted by feb 20 in different location. Please help.

                              I purchase xcent in the end of december 2018 and received from dealer in the month of january 2019 problem started from nov-19 catalytic convertor is not working after repair/exchange and service is done on 20000 km but after that found sound in engine but your technician not allocate the problem again when sound again visit twice but allocate and again after some days sound comes continue than alocat also problem in clutch although till date total km 23000 driven it is clearly seems that product is defected for which almost a month i used hired taxi and also paid amount which will not be taken from me hence request you to provide proper resolution like exchange my car with new one and all expenses done by me reimbursed to me
                              Plus genuine compensation approx rs. 50000/-
                              Note: no cooperation from from dealer / ro which suffers me a lot

                                Myself syam i was purchased 2car (Verna, i20) the complaint against i20. Am not satisfied with the finance which one u give (Indusland bank). Because i was purchased the car in july 2017 but they started the finance in jun i dont why thats mistake done by mgf hyundai puannapara alappuzha so ididnt pay the emi that time but after who is ur finance officer in punnapara he was say soory its his mistake and i paid by cash after 4 months now i went to closing the loan indusland was say have to pay penalty that is around 4000 for that emi because this mistake u r done i was called mgf punnapara they r telling we dont no that persin was changed then i was asked sales exicutive one mr. Anil jacb they r telling he is also changed we cant do anything now am calling mgf punnapara they r not attending my calll also kindly ask them and clear it. Because i want to exchange my car to new arrival aura.

                                  I have purchased hyundai verna sx on dated 25/11/2019 but as per the deal i should refunded the amount of rs. 15000/- but refunded 5000/- only and the people of the dealer giving only verbal assurance to refund the rest amount rs. 10000/-. And despite my several reminder they are not providing the certificate of extended warranty for which i have already paid the amount. I therefore request please resolve the issue as earliest. Regards

                                    I went to my first highway trip with this car from 1st jan 2020 till 5th jan 2020 from noida to jaipur, jaipur to hanumangad & then back to noida.

                                    I drove 2000 kms in total in this entire trip & this drive was one of the worst ever drive in my last 22years since i am driving. I have driven maruti cars & my last car before this hyundai car was hyundai amaze.

                                    Issue with this hyundai car is constant alarm once i cross 120 speed. First single ping sound comes at 80, second ping comes at 100, third ping comes at 110. But non stop ping continues as soon as you cross 120km per hour. To stop this ping i jave to keep my car speed below 120km.

                                    First of all i agree as a indication at high speed company can indicate customers that they are at high speeds. But how can a customer be forced not to drive above 120kms per hour.

                                    It was so dam irritating with so much disturbance through out the drive in this hyundai creta car on highway with so many pings between 80 to 120kms.

                                    Hyundai company can't force any customer not to drive above 120km per hour. This is totally not acceptable to me as a customer of hyundai car.

                                    I urge to stop this irritating noise at any levels from my car. Be it 120 or 110 or 100 or even at speed of 80. I as a customer always get distracted with this noise & it's difficult to drive peacefully be it highway or many times in delhi ncr as well.

                                    Hyundai company should remove the speedometer speed of 220 & it's speedometer should only be till 120kms.

                                    While purchasing hyundai car, sales persons & hyundai company should inform there customers that if they are going to buy hyundai car's, they won't be able to drive any hyundai car above 120kms per hour.

                                    I wasn't told about this feature of the car while purchasing the car. If i would have been aware of this feature i would have never bought hyundai creta.

                                    Even today when i raised this concern on 1st jan 2020 to my sales person who sold me this car, she wasn't aware of this feature in car neither any senior person was aware until i was connected with some one in sevice department.

                                    My request to hyundai team is to remove this disturbing sound completely from my my hyundai creta. If this sound can't be removed completely at all speed levels i request you to take this car back, i dont need this hyundai car & will ensure no one in my family or friend circle & social circle buy this car because of this forced limitation to customers from hyundai company.

                                    I need urgent resolution to this query.

                                      I have purchased new santro sportz reg. No. Rj02ce4738 in 31.12.2019. It generates misfiring sound & missing after start car from starting. I feel this problem from car purchase. Jmv neemrana dealer not resove problem. One year have passed but no result found. So pls consider & take step to solve problem. Jmv neemrana doing exoeriment on my new car only. I am not happy with this car & not satisfy with hyundai. I think this new santro sportz car have problem in this model. Pls change my car or return my money.
