Hyundai Motor India — Cheated by Hyundai and its Direct Agents | |||
Dear all, I introduce myself as an aggrieved customer of Hyundai India who has been cheated by Team Hyundai India and its agents I have been an active user of Hyundai cars since 2006 and infact own 2 Hyundai cars viz Santro and I10, recently i saw you were running a festive offer where in you were giving discounts on purchase of Grand I10 Considering this i purchased a Grand I10 on 14 Oct but from that day i have had an extremely bad experience . I was put across to one of your agents ( DSA ) Hemant Ph No [protected] for this deal with whom i have had a harrowing experience It has been more than a month that i have not received my No / RC for the new car inspite of repeated follow ups and now he has stopped taking my calls completely Series of Bad Experiences A ) The car which was delivered to me was a painted one ( closer to front no plate ) . On bringthis this to notice of the DSA viz Hemant and Mr Sanjay Gupta ( triumph motors ) i was only given assurances that they will come and have a look at the car but till now no one has turned up and after paying such a high amount i am restricted to use the painted car ... I trid reachin this agent so many times but he never turned back B ) Its been more than a month now and i have yet not recd my RC, i do not even know whether he has filed for same though i have been charged for same by Hyundia India .. Today he has messaged me as my Cars registration no . On enquring online for HSNP, i get to understand that the authorities have not got any intimation for this no plate ... Now i am forced to believe whether this no in itself is correct or not C ) It took 7 reminders for me to get my extended warranty letter from the agent and the dealership ( What i have got is basically a confirmation on the letter head of Triumph Auto ) dont even know wheteher it is correct D ) I had bought this car in buy back scheme but till date i have not recd the transfer docs from the agent for my cars E ) The temp no plate put on my car had wrong digits, after bringing to notice of the agent, nothing has happened on that front and i am made to run the car with an erroneous no I have always been a advocate of Hyundia cars but this experince has just been extremely extremely bad I have patiently waited for over a month now but now i am running out of my patience and am planning to take up the issue with Consumer Court / JD Power and media Rgds, Saurabh [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
