Regarding my complaint has not yet resolved. Attached mail communication for reference. After two days replying that it will not cover under warranty then why i have to suggest hyundai for service and quality? Better we have to give it in local service centre compare to cost and service was good to do.
This is the quality of hyundai that at least 30000 kms also will not give life for parts? Is this the quality of hyundai?
I have complaint on 20000 kms that clutch has tight but no one has responded. Now replacing the parts at 41000kms and after 48000kms sending for service informing that why you not informed on that day itself. Service person only told to use due to its new one it take time to smooth, for that reason i run the car. Its my fault. As per your instruction only i used the car other wise i cant use the car.
Further will not prefer for hyundai – all are making money not for service. I made a mistake for purchasing for this vehicle. My friends are preferred to go for some other brand car. I preferred but i never expect this from hyundai. We don’t have further trust in hyundai and will inform to my group also regarding this issue to not to buy further this brand.
1. Clutch issue not resolved.
2. Music system not resolved. – i agree that saying for extra fitting. For that music system also don’t have life?
Please confirm whether you can resolve the issue or i have to sell the car. I will buy any brand car.
