Hyundai Motor India — Clutch plates damaged but seller not accepting

We are complaining since last one year about cluch plates in our Car Santro. We purchased it on February 04, 2015 and total meter reading till today is 6400 KM. Dealer is not accepting our complaint and providing any service regarding it.
