Hyundai Motor India — cng endorsement on rc

I have purchased xcent car no. Mh 04 hy 5029 in the year 2017 from shreenath motors (P) ltd., thane. The delivery of the car was taken with cng fitting. But in registration certificate of the car petrol has been mentioned. This fact has come to my knowledge this year at the time of renewal of the insurance of the car. Also no papers of cng were submitted to me at that time. Now on making complaint to the hyudai motors the cng papers have been submiited but the company is denying to take responsiblity of endorsing cng on car. Since the mistake has been committed by the agent of the company shreenath motors (P) ltd. The cng on rc should be endorsed by the company.
