Hyundai Motor India — complaint about problems in new hyundai creta | |
I m a hyundai customer and this is my 4th hyundai car. This is my second complaint on the above mentioned subject. I purchased new hyundai creta on 21.9.2017 (Registration no. Dl 9c an 9348) and with in two days the car started drifting towards left, driver side door was loose whenever i shut/close the door, the door as well as the rear view mirror shakes and make noise, speaker of driver side door is not working properly. After that i visited different hyundai service stations many times, they just adjusted the alignment everytime, but the problem remained unsolved. Now finally hyundai agreed that the defect is in steering of the car and the same is to be changed. But till date all the problems are still unsolved. I have paid for new car and got a defective car. Ever since i purchased this car, i m suffering and visiting service stations. Please exchange the car, or refund my amount. Was this information helpful? | |

within a year break pump was failed and one of the window motors replaced.
Now in 2021 Dec A/C discharge hose leak/ compressor not working seems like I need to replace the whole unit. Now I am facing another issue the parts are not available, I am waiting for the parts for more than 1 month now. when I enquired with many customers they too had similar problems with the Hyundai cars.
I sincerely feel like the quality of the vehicle need to be improved.
