I have purchased hyundai creta in the month of june of 2017. It's been 5 months and i still haven't received the official documents of the car yet. When i first collected the car from the showroom, the sales person said that he'll have documents ready within 10 days for to me collect, well. It's been 5 months and i have no proof of the car except for the tr and the insurance copy. We've been trying to contact the showroom but there was no response. They said that they had sent an email to the company regarding this issue and that i will have the papers within that week. I wonder if that "week" will ever actually come to an end. This is really bad customer service from hyundai. Due to the irresponsibility of the staff and company, i as a customer, have to pay the fine to the rto. Why should i? It's definitely not my fault to say the least. And the sales manager of the mettuguda branch of hyundai saboo, sravan, and which is the dealership where i purchased the car from, isn't returning or picking up my calls. I have been left with zero satisfaction after having bought the car. We haven't been able to use the car because of the absence of the official documentation. The showroom staff said that the form 22 has been missing, i mean, how could you lose the car papers belonging to a customer? Form 22 is the most important of all the documents, no registration can take place without this piece of paper. Here are my final demands.
1) i want all the papers of the vehicle.
2) i am not going to pay the fine. You as a a reputable company should tackle this because as far as i know, i did not contribute towards the delay or the losing of the papers.
Or you can save yourselves the hassle, take the vehicle back and give me the refund. A full refund of 13 lakhs 76 thousand and 80 rupees.
Otherwise, i will take this issue to the consumer court.

Today in the middle of the road on the flyover clutch started shuddering at the time of release...and gear got jammed..and after switching off again started..gear got release however at the time of clutch realeasing again vibrating heavily..does any body got solution from hyundai

    Few days ago my car elantra mate an big horrible accident in jaipur, but after such big bad accident also your cars air bags which are supposed to come out they dint, i paid full amount around 15 lakhs not for this so that i put me and my family in danger. If company did not give me compensation for their faulty car or their mistake or for fooling me, i will go to media, will show them my car and its condition and ask them to run the news saying "why you should not by hyundai cars" or "buy hyundai cars if you don't value your life"

    I think after selling their faulty cars to people's Hyundai forgets their customers and get busy in making for faulty cars.Hyundai company doesn't understand the problem I'm facing due to their mistake. I already filled a complaint and I think it's time to get help from media also.Im pretty sure that after watching my damaged car pics and videos at least I'm going to convince as many peoples in india to save their life by not buying Hyundais any car.

      I've purchased a hyundai i10 car sports engine no g4lahm564269 chasis no. Mala851clhm702492 star dust on 22/9/17 from malda via suri showroom but still they don't hand over the service book i. E. Manual book and other necessary documents for my car. Full payment has been made already besides i pay excess amount to s. N. Hyundai but they still neglect to refund my excess amount even receptionist of that showroom (Ms sathi) deliberately ignores my phone calls.
      Almost two months are over i need immediate assistance to get back my excess amount with interest and all my necessary documents soon.

        Very poor service. Dnt have manners to talk with customers. My appointment time is 2:15pm and they provide service at 5pm. My frst car servicing and they said we have not time to wash ur car. We only change oil. Is this proper manner to talk with customers? This is very disappointing. I wish i brought baleno instead of grand i10 sports. Atleast they provide better service and manners to talk with customers.. Dear hyundai please rethink about ur service center recruitment and teach them how to talk with customers and what is value of customers.. Showroom address is - mai hyundai, chiplun - 415605 near chiplun railway station.. Teach them how to talk with customers..

          I have been a customer of hyundai since long back.. While buying my first car, i was told that i will be getting a corporate benefit.. Which i did not recieve till now.. I bought my car in dec.2015. (Xcent). Now in july 2017 i bought won with a offer of corporate benefit of rs.5000... Which after submitting all documents and repeated reminders.. They didnot give... If you do not give... Why do u tell so...

            Dear sir, in spite of writing more than 50 mails on this portal i am not getting any relief. The matter has been escalated to the level of senior managment of hyundai at delhi, i. E. Mr. Somitro day and mr. Nupur (Tech. Wing) but no action has been taken and the delay tactics are used to harass the customer.
            Is there no body at the higher level to monitor the pain and harassment of a customer has has trusted hyundai and invested more than 7 lakhs. The officers concerned are totally showing the irresponsible behaviour. I once again request the hiher authorities to intervene and exchange my defective car which is beyond repair by the technical experts of hyundai.
            It is becoming unbearable at this time. One complete year has passed in repair.

              Dear sir,
              This mail is to inform you about how your customers are being treated from a renowned showroom of your company.
              We got to know that himgiri hyundai (Aditya mega mall, maharaja surajmal marg, cbd, vishwas nagar, shahdara, new delhi) is selling few cars on a discounted price. So we booked a xcent vtvt sx on 31/03/17 with a booking amount of rs 20, 000/-. The next day when we went to the showroom we got to know that they had booked some other car which was xcent crdi sx (2015) white due to some miscommunication. We agreed to buy that even though we had to pay extra due to their mistake
              All the payment was made but later we got to know the car we had booked was already sold to someone else. We again went to the showroom to talk about what happened then they told us that the car was already booked by someone else and has been sold. Then they again arranged another car.
              13/04/2017 was fixed as the day of delivery. When we went to the showroom nobody was ready to attend us. Later on when we started to ask questions regarding the car we got to know that they were not ready to sale the car because they had again booked the same car for two people.
              We told them that we are not going to leave your showroom until you don’t deliver the car because all the payment was made.
              Then later on xcent crdi sx (O) red passion (Up 14 de 5079) was sold to us from himgiri hyundai (Himgiri auto (India) pvt ltd. (A-9/1, jhilmil industrial area new delhi) in the name of minakshi bali.
              We got the delivery of our car around 23:00 and while returning home the car stopped midway near the showroom due to some battery issue.
              During the delivery we didn’t receive our car’s manual, after repeated reminders and request regarding the manual we didn’t receive the manual and at last we were told that they don’t have any manual for this car.
              For the 3 free services of the car we were told that we have to get it done from their workshop only, because no other workshop would attend us without the manual as it contains the slips for those services. So the first free service was done from their workshop only.
              On 16/10/17 the car again started having some problem, so the next day we took the car to a workshop nearby dream hyundai (A-3, meerut rd, sihani chungi, industrial area, ghukna, ghaziabad, uttar pradesh 201003) where we got to know that the car battery was dead. They refused to change the battery because we didn’t had the car’s booklet. For the next six days we had to push the car manually to get the car in and out of the house as the car was not getting started.
              Then on monday i. E. 23/10/17 we somehow managed to take the car to himgiri hyundai. When we told them the problem they also refused to change the battery and told us that they will not change our battery because the car they have sold us does not with the company’s warranty and neither the battery nor any other part of our car is covered under company’s warranty.
              After putting loads of pressure we somehow managed to get the car’s battery changed through them. During the delivery when we asked them for the warranty card of the battery they refused to do so and said that your battery is new but we are still not going to give you any warranty for that and neither for your car (Which generally comes with 2 year warranty). To ensure the future safety of the car we had to buy the extended warranty.
              Himgiri hyundai has completely refused to entertain our car for the next two years if it has any manufacturing problem by saying that the car sold to you (Means us) in 2017 is an old model due to which your car does not comes under company’s warranty. When we bought the car nothing like this was told to us and now when we ask them to give it written they refuse to do so.
              We are a middleclass family buying a car of such worth means a lot to us. But the experience we received after buying the car from hyundai was a great disappointment. We feel helpless with this car as there has been no one to help us out. I already had a santro xing but after buying this second car from hyundai i won’t be able to recommend anyone to buy a car from hyundai
              We request you to please take an immediate action to redress our grievance so that the warranty of battery should be in place and all the relevant warranties with regards to the vehicle should be in place.

                Dear sir

                I would like to inform you that my company had purchased above car for me on 27th april 2017 from concept hyundai, sg road, ahmedabad. The car has been delivered to me on 28th april 2017.

                The 1st service was due in jun and i handed the same to concept’s service station at sindhu bhavan road, ahmedabad on 20th june 2017, but the car washing & cleaning work was not done properly. Upon my feedback concept hyundai, sg road issued an apology letter and offered a complimentary service within two months’ time.

                On 6th july, 2017, it was raining heavily and my car met with an accident. When i was driving on premchand nagar road, satellite, ahmedabad, one stray cow was standing in the middle of road on the right side and suddenly it got crazy and hit on right front side of my car and rhs mirror came out of grip. I suddenly braked my car and my front bumper hit with bike going in front of my car. While cow hitting my car, i lost my balance and one auto rickshaw hit on left side rear door which affected quarter panel scratches and minor dents on lhs rear door and quarter panel.

                On 13th july 2017, i placed my car for insurance claim at concept hyundai service station at sindhu bhavan road, ahmedabad. They issued the repair order and i got sms from liberty videocon general insurance co. Ltd. Registered my claim # 400201201117110100601 and assigned to claim offer mr. Hiral sathavara.

                On 14th july 2017, i got a call from mr. Sathavara after his survey at concept’s sarkhej workshop. I have been asked to brief him about my accident case. After my detailed briefing about accident, i have been informed by him that “this is not real accident and i have made fake story to get insurance claim. Also he emphasized that i am lying”. This was discussed with him in presence of concept engineer mr. Krushang at sarkhej workshop. After lengthy discussions, i have been informed that my claim is approved only for denting and painting of lhs rear door and quarter panel. Initially he has refused for rhs mirror replacement but informed me that looking into relationship with concept hyundai (Mr. Krushang), he has approved and agreed for replacement of same as a special case. However, replacement of front bumper panel was rejected by him though i have “zero debt insurance – bumper to bumper” issued by liberty videocon.

                Based on insurance policy issued to me, i have approached concept hyundai office – accident manager mr. Pranjal gupta & sales dept. Mr. Manish barot for further assistance and help for full insurance claim but i have been informed that they are not able to help with insurance claim as per policy. I discussed with them at length that why such insurance policy are provided alongwith the car which cannot give proper insurance claim to customer’s satisfaction.in response, they informed me that it is hyundai motors who is identifying such vendors and their decision to select the insurance policy and provide to customers.

                With this incident, i was totally shocked and surprised that though i have paid for full insurance of my car, i am not able to get proper insurance claim from the company and service & support from the dealer – concept hyundai, ahmedabad.

                I had also sent complaint to hyundai motors on 4th august followed by reminders on 24th august, 30th september, 3rd october and 13th november without any concrete response from hyundai motors and dealer - concept hyundai, ahmedabad.

                Please look into my grievance and help me to resolve my insurance claim issue.

                In spite of 4 (four) months have already been passed, there is no response from Hyundai Dealer. I am very much disappointed with the service of Hyundai Motors Ltd. Still hoping that they would resolve my query as soon as possible.

                  I have purchased a car last year from himgiri hyndai gold course road gurgaon. It has been a year & i have followed up multiple times to get my issue resolved however no one has even bothered to call me back till yesterday after i said i will lodge a complaint.

                  The issue is... I got my rc after 9 months of buying the car & details mentioned on the rc was incorrect...

                  1st information incorrectly stated on rc was diesel — where as the car is petrol

                  2nd information incorrect stated on rc was 1493cc, where as the car is 1600 cc.

                  After getting the rc for the second time the cc is still incorrect.

                  I have been making multiple calls however no one is ready to help me.

                  The senior person mr. Neeraj hans has also spoken & was highly rude & keeps on insisting for me to come & submit the documents again.

                  When i have already submitted all the documents & the error has been made from your end, why should i the customer keep suffering.

                  I am highly disappointed & harassed with such behaviour. Neeraj has said i can lodge a complain do anything & it will not make any difference. Less than a year of me buying the car &v my windscreen has cracked.

                  Amazed at the service. If i don't hear from anyone in the next 24 hrs & if my problem is not solved, i will take the help of social media & file a case against hyndai.

                    I have serviced my hyundai i10 car from raja hyundai service centre jodhpur thay charged avergae 5500 rs from me including labour charge i told them about my problem but they dont resolved any of one and charged individualy for service. They only changed oil other remain same. I called many time but they postpond all my query and disconnect my phon saying we will see but now it cant resolve. And i also want to know that during service they charged every parts charge to change.
                    Please resolve it other wise i change auto service.
                    And there is not any processor to give old part to custumer istead of new

                      I have a very bad experience in showroom Hyundai vasu arjun moradabad
                      I am left my car on date 30.10.2017 it's very sad to wrote this complaint I am received my car back today in very bad n wrost condition. Showroom service staff told all the required service are done for your car u can take your car but when I checked my then i saw mobil oil of car is not change even no filter are changed as per my service bill they charge mel 5700.00 rupees but overall no service done at showroom side. Car is so dirty Inside.
                      They are all cheater and fraud peoples and the owner of showroom also not interested to listen customers problems
                      They rudely behaive with customer.
                      I have all proof which I am attached in this mail.
                      And you also check in service station camera what the people they do.
                      You please take action against all otherwise I will escalate this in newspapers print media and news channel.
                      I am your oldest customer of Hyundai this is my 3rd car

                        in air bag and horn in I20 sportz Car.

                        Sir/Madam

                        I want to state you that we have bought two I20 sportz diesel cars in June 2014 from Berk Auto Limited, Barkeley Hyundai, Industrial Area phase 1, Chandigarh.
                        I would like to bring your notice two manufacturing defects, I have been facing in both of our cars. First time we have repaired our car on our expenses at hyundai dealership, but now we are facing the same problem in other car i.e the signal glows 'air bag' in car's speedometer after every 35000km (same in first car). This signal does not go off at all. It keeps glowing which means according to me the air bag is not working.

                        Secondly the car is equipped with two horns . To my disappointment one of the horn becomes unfunctional after every 15000 km(same in first car). The horn has been repaired for three time but it is still on same track. Last week one of the horn again stopped working.

                        I would like to mention on important point that both of cars have been regularly serviced only at authorised hyundai service center i.e Barkeley Hyundai Chandigarh.

                        To resolve the issue I would appreciate free repair at dealer's level in short time.

                          We had booked a car with "mohan motors hyundai saltlake" on 19.10.17. Vied application no. 008503 in exchange offer. We had asked for delivery on diwali but was informed that they will try, but will deliver not late by 1st or 2nd of november 2017. The car had not reached before 10.11.17. Further we are being asked to pay rs.3000.00 more as handling charges after the arrival of the car. I am being told that it is a new charge implied after 7.11.17.
                          Why will we have to pay the amount which is not informed at the time of finalization of the car.
                          We feel being cheated. They may ask for any amount as handling charges. It should always be discussed and cleared at the time of booking itself

                              Sir eon is my dream car i wants to purchase eon magna sports edition only so before delivery since 1 month i am tring to book the eon magna special edition only but no one of the your dealer is ready to give the delivery on 17.10.17 on dhanteras i want that car on this day only because of to much imporatance of perticular this and due my personal planning and all i need delivery on this day only

                              Then in ahmedabad i visited your 5 delar then 1 dealer gallops hyundai - vastral is ready to give car already they have car in showroom in stock every paper work we have finished i mean my car is booked on 2.10.17 but twist is came after 2 day that dealer is saying sorry sir we can't give u car because that car have some technical fault on that car so we will returned that car to hyundai so sorry we can't give you same car you purchase from other showroom i already given advance cheque and all paper i signed then again i suffered and searched another dealer and finalised order on commitment give this car on diwali eon magna plus special edition then your 1 delar bagga hyundai chandkheda (Petel motocorp pvt ltd) has been aggreed and given commitment to give car eon era special edition on before 17.10.17 so i agreed and i was very happy to get that car
                              Then every formalities we have completed and booking amount cheue worth 50000 i has given on the time of booking 7.10.17 and on 14.10.17 they have withdrawn my cheque of 50000 and also call of conformation was came on 12.10.17 so at that time i feel my car was confirmed

                              Now before 1 day of delivery i called the sales person and he was saying sir we can't give u delivery tomorrow bcz xyz reason and he informed me final conformation on 4pm it is very bad impact on be now before 12 hours where i go to get the car

                              I totally disappointed sir this is totally wrong or bad things then i tried to hard to get that car in whole gujarat i called many hyundai dealers i am ready to buy by cash also but no one aggred

                              Then to fullfill my festival and many my schedule again call from bagga hyundai then he offered me eon era plus then i thought only 3 differences in this model i will make all accessories out side and i will make this car like sports edition then on 17.10.17 i taken delivery and same day i spent 40, 000 on car accessories but i failed to make it like sports edition and it is my weakness i want that look only

                              My whole joy & festival happiness is gone by this incident plz help me out i contact service center but they are not helping me

                              Now i am totally disappointed with car because in my mind only eon sport edition is staying

                              Now i have only 2 option
                              1) i will sale the car
                              2) plz make all accessories like sports whatever the cost that i will pay

                              Today 11th day after i purchased car till today i m trying to make this car like sports but no one is helping all the fraud/wrong things are doing with me by dealer bagga if they are not ready then they have to inform at least before 2 days
                              To get car delivery on 17 i hve canceled my all work schedule and specially i was stayed in ahmedabad to get car delivery

                              I feel my whole money is wasted because peace of mind i n not getting in this model i want only that model which i booked i have all the proofs at that time i was restraint and helpless so i bought this car in place of my actual booked car

                              Now sir is there any solution of this metter

                                This is manohar jha having four hyundai car reg no. Up65bs9047, up65bz4545, up65cj4950. The concern matter is related to my elite i20 reg. No. Up65cj4950, one and half month back my car ac suddenly stop working, i took my car to krishna hyundai, shivdaspur, lahartara, varanasi for warranty claim, i clearly told them my car is in warranty, they assured me for replacement of part after detecting the problem. They are so much technically and commercial qualified they dected the problem after 18days "faulty junction box pcb" and told me that, i will get the car delivery on 17th oct-2017, but due to part availability issue they further give me the delivery date on 3rd of nov-2017. On the 6th of nov informed me that, junction box pcb is ok and didn't require replacement problem occur from control panel of ac and compressor valve, and took 3days time for repair work.
                                After repairing my car they call me on 9th of nov to take delivery and informed me that, i have to pay for spare parts and service. Giving me the reason that my car was not serviced in his service center so, they won't provide me warranty claim.
                                I have issues and feeling cheated on mention below points:-

                                1- when i took my car in krishna hyundai, i informed that, my car is in warranty if they have any issue to provide warranty claim, why they informed me after one and half month and after repairing of vehicle.

                                2- my car is done 68000km in 1.3year average daily running is 150km, as per travel agency they minimum require 200km running in a day cost arround 2400/day. If my car was out of warranty than why they keep my car for one and a half month, it was my choice i could repair my car from outside in two or three days. Who will give compensation 2400x40day = 96000/-. If now they telling me that, my car warranty is void than provide me this compensation, i am ready to pay the bill amount.
                                3- as per my best knowledge car ac component are closed component except cabin filter, so non of the part required servicing, and faulty ac components are totally the manufacturing end problem.in that case why they refuse to give warranty claim.
                                4- why my car spare changed without giving me any information about warranty.
                                5- who give the authority to dealer to provide warranty or refuse the warranty, hyundai motor india ltd have reserve the rights to provide or refuse the warranty.

                                On my request why they didn't file the warranty claim and talk rudely that, they won't file my warranty claim.

                                6- they won't ready to deliver my car.

                                My car is standing in krishna hyundai, shivdaspur lahartara, varanasi. Resolve my issue asap or take all my four cars. I have my great faith and believe in hyundai thats why, year by year i m buying hyundai car, i never expected this from brand like u.

                                  Hello, i have creta, i gave my car service ceneter (Sector-28, gandhinagar, gujrat)
                                  But after servicing my car i having lots troubles in my car i went again in car service but they don't respond not well and it's 3 days pass still yet they don't find any solution and they have a my car
                                  There manager don't have how to talk how to manage very very poor service i am getting not satisfy! I hope u take legal action...

                                    I am using elite-i20 asta from jan'2016.
                                    In one of my car tyre air leaking in many location of the tyre i mainly inside of the groove. I have made a complaint last tuesday by email to [protected]@hmil.net, but no action from hyundai. I run around 35000km sofar.
                                    It is too early to have such issue and very serious to my life.
                                    Hope you will take quick action to support my issue.

                                      Date my car was picked from home for regular service & dry cleaning: 6 nov 2017
                                      At evening 6 nov 2017 : they sent my car back, & the problems got started
                                      1st there was a rpm problem, i sent car back...

                                      2nd day 7nov 2017 evening : same concern (I told mr rajinder that my car was in good condition when it was sent for servive & now this concern has to be solved by service center)

                                      3rd day: 8th nov 2017 evening: same concern (Rajinder singh (Service manager) called up & begged me to come for a test drive next day)... I told mr. Rajinder, that if i come over there for a test, i can most test it for 10-15 min & what after that?, what if i found some issue with my car after that, in a period of 1 day, 1 week, 1 month. Because this issue was not there at 1st place that was generated by service center's carelessness...& mr. Rajinder assured me that if any concern is found i can call them during the period of coming 2 months... (This conversation is recorded on my phone)

                                      4th day: 9th nov: i took a day off from office & went there sharp @ morning 9:30 for a test, i tested for 10 min, all looked good, suddenly i found an issue that if i turn steering to extreme levels car start to make some noises that wasn't there at any point of time since 2005... Mr. Rajinder told me it's some issue with shockers & the advisor handed over to me a list of parts to be changed to stop that noise... That costs in thousands & i reacted to it that this wasn't an issue when car came in to service center, how come this happen now?.. & as they assume that i was about to complain about this issue to their seniors, they told me to wait for 5 min, & magic, the noise was gone... I tested again & found all good, they handed over to me bill as soon as they could & some feedback forms... Even on 4th day i gave them a pretty good feedback more than they deserve, i paid full amount (More than 7000 rs) without any questions...

                                      I came out to pick my car & i found it all dusty from out & inside too, i asked advisor, if it was well dry cleaned & his answer was that since it's an old car it can not be cleaned further, let me share some pix, so you will get better idea of what kind of dust i found in a newly dry cleaned car (Plz see attached)... I still wasn't bothered much as i was in a hurry to reach office

                                      Now on my way back to home & in between road all of a sudden car stopped & i found my gear lever is stuck.. I could not change gear at all, luckily i was near home & took help from some rikshaw wala's to drag my car off road... I had to take full day off from office

                                      I raised a complaint at hyundai cc... They connected me to hans hyundai & someone there was suggesting me a crane's service number, i told him that it's service center's fault so they should arrange whatever service they want, but i want my car ok... They disconnected

                                      At evening mr. Rajinder singh callled me & now service center's employees are all in some different tone, they are telling me that it will be a paid repair (My question is why?), i have to bear crane charges, because car will be toed to service station (My question is still why i have to bear that?)...& as i suspected from start mr. Rajinder singh used technique telling me that "i (Customer) myself tried the car before leaving service station", i told him what about that 2 month's promise of, if any concern rises within 2 months, i can contact him, & his answer was that sir it's an internal fault & we did not touch that part...

                                      Now my question is
                                      If they kept my car from past 3 days & they were testing it on road...
                                      No complaints were there in my car before it was sent to service station
                                      Then how come within 1 hour of leaving service station this issue can is there?

                                      & also i told them to arrange a pickup today itself so my car can be repaired asap without wasting further time..

                                      There answer: we will talk to our seniors & get back to you, our senior is not present at office today.. (& mind it a senior service manager is giving that answer)...

                                      My car is still sitting here near my house, no one seems to care about their faults & liabilities to customer, they got paid & there concerns are over now...

                                      Now my request is to all the helpful people behind this great name hyundai, plz don't let this service station ruin the reputation & image of the brand that we admire from years... We were very happy & proud to drive santro since 2005 & all of a sudden these strange conflicts are effecting our trust... We used to admire our car in front of our friends & relatives in every aspect either it's mileage or long lasting or cost effectiveness, but we doubt if we can continue to do so..

                                      We are still hopeful that customer care team will not let us down & our car will get serviced & repaired with no extra charges, we already paid full for the service (May be more than that) & that service center's fault should all be beard by service center itself...

                                        I had given check for hyundai portal insurance. They given me policy. After 1 week my policy has been canceled showing reason that check is not in allocated range. I have soft copy of my check. There is absolutely no problem with my check as told by bank manager. Then how can it be bounced?
                                        And according to bank that check must be returned back to me.. But concept hyundai ahmedabad people not getting this attention despite of my frequent calls to him... I am totally dissatisfied with their service and they got giving solution at all to return my check.
