Dear sir, i have recently ordered a new hyundai venue diesel 1.4 bs4 on 29/02/2020 from popular honda umayanaloor kollam branch kerala state india they offered 75000 cash discount on that car and provide bumber to bumber insurance for 54575. And then offered a delivery on 6/march/2020. But they cheated me in case of insurance while settling bill. The amount on insurance was 13000 less than offered amount.
Another fact is they cannot deliver the vehicle on time and offered the second day 7/march /2020 for delivery. I am government higher secondary school teacher and taken leave for that delivery and they convinced me a sure delivery on that day. So i taken leave on that day. I reached the place on 5 pm and my customer care executive collect all signed the papers related with delivery and settled all the bills of the vehicle and conduct a key transferring ceremony.
But they cannot provide the vehicle after 8 pm because they cannot provide the temporary permit of the vehicle.
But she offered me that the tp will ready before 6 pm
My house is located 30 km away from show room me and my family are extremely suffered from this case.
Another cheating was odometer disconnetion. My ordered vehicle hyudai venue was (Malfe81clkm073695) at popular show room tvm.
But they show the vehicle on monday evening because the vehicle is transported by road through varkala (You can verify the movement of vehicle through road on cctv visuals). It was not an issue but the metre reading is only 7 kilometers. It is another cheating they disconnect the odometer and ran the car through road. They cheated me in severl ways so i must go to the customer court if you don't take any action against this case.
They conducted the vehicle delivery ceremony fuction and signed all papers by me and registerd the blue link technology to my number [protected].
But they cannot deliver the vehicle.
So they cheated me in several ways.
