This is with the reference to the service of my vehicle (Up32 fu 7252) in your service center (Sas hyundai near amausi airport lucknow), bill no b[protected] dated 22.02.2020.
I want to bring you in notice that i sent my vehicle for service at above service station on 21st feb 2020 with my driver and the service adviser mr vikram has attended my vehicle and initially he has not given any estimate of the work and he called me and said that i will get my vehicle after 2 days.
Suddenly he calls after 3 hrs and says that my vehicle is ready and final bill is 7300/-
When i had the final invoice in my hand i saw that he has added many services which was not discussed with me.
When i called him and said that he has done unwanted and unnecessary work on my vehicle then he answered me by saying that he has already informed me.

I own tata safari, ford endeavor, honda amaze and hyundai eon. This is the worst thing i have ever experienced.

Please look into the matter asap.

This is going to defame your brand.

    I got repaired my car from eros motors nagpur after my car car met with accident on 07/11/2019. I got delivery after 3.5 months on 19/02/2020 after payment of 125252/- rs. Repairing is unsatisfactory and i am having strong doubt about the parts replaced. There is a maximum possibility of fake billing.
    Repairing quality and paint quality is very poor.
    Please take necessary action. Dealer always claims that spare part availability is a very big issue with hyundai cars.

      Sir i had deposited 50 000 via cheque in hanna motors in 2019 all my documents were submitted and loan was cleared but on the same day when i went to the showroom i found the showroom locked. This was a fraudulent case where the dealer did not informed nor refund nor shifted his customers. He was representing a brand which is doing business in india. I visited the head office in jasola and wrote a complain. This outcome of my domain was that my case was shifted to autoweb pusa toad delhi dealer. Mr wasim gave me a call and said that my case and my money has shifted and i can take the car from the autoweb dealer. He said i need to pay some amount to make a socket for his showroom so that they are confirm that i will take the delivery from them. Showing my loyalty with the hyundai company i gave a cheque of 25000/-. My bad luck was that since then i have being knocking the door of bank for loan but there was an issue which made my effort not effective. Mr wasim is an evident that i visited the showroom twice kept trying for loan but due to an issue in my home loan my car loan was not passed. After a continuous and untapped effort for car loan now i have succeeded in getting my loan sanctioned from hdfc bank. I approach mr wasi. And mr amit of autoweb for getting the delivery of my car, i have selected venue. But now they are not able to give me clarity on the adjustment of my 50000/-. They advised me to contact customer support of hyundai again. And that is what i am doing. This has been the first case of my life were buying a car took one year and after the loan sanctioned i am unable to take the delivery. I request you kindly check the mail which was sent to autoweb of the clients of hanna group. My name was there menka sharma.
      When i am with the company and doing a follow up since one year i would request kindly do not give me more stress and kindly transfer the booking amount 50000 which i had paid hana motors vide cheque to autoweb.
      Since now my loan is passed i would like to take the delivery as soon as possible.

        I love my i20 elite sportz diesel. It's a 2018 model and runs like a rocket. But i've been facing issues with the a/c constantly dying. I've got the issue checked out by number of service centers and independent mechanics. No one seems to know what to do. I've already had the gas refilled too many times (4 times) and it costs lot of money to do that. Hyundai if you're listening, please help me in rectification of this issue as i love the cars you make. But i'm edging towards annoyance and hatred now due the callous attitude your service guys throw at me and the issue remains unresolved.
        Your saleman nothing provide me fast tag.i am asking ur sales man why not provide me fast tag ...I have already paid of fast tag ...I am purchasing i10 23-04.2019.

          I came in eros hyundai nagpur due to service issues and my cellphone was kept in front diki. During inventory gaurd also assured of it. While i left out can reached my shop cellphone was missing. No one in eros is bother to help. This is spoiling name of hyundai not eros. Pls look into the matter and investigate.               After purchase car hyundai i20 within 9days sd card not functioning. Hence approached to dealer for repair or replace. From last 4 month i am taking follow up with modi hyundai vasai branch. As per dealer it not come under warranty because its data erased. I am not aware what is wrong with it. I am not technically experts & how data erased. My car is under warranty.
              It is being noticed that past from 02 years that Cluster meter of my vehicle is not working properly during fuel being exhausted.The above agency has called me several times regarding to resolve the issue but problem yet.
              Kindly resolve the issues asap.

                I had booked hyundai venue on 27.12.2019. By paying advance of rs.11000 for price protection of 2020. And on jan 15 2020 i paid full payment. Now on february 08. Dealer has asked for 23000 difference extra for supplying bs vi (6) model. I had booked for bs (4) model now they are supplying bs 6 model with extra charge. So what to do as at time of booking i was not informed about this extra charge.

                  I have purchased hyundai creta from alwar rajasthan modern hyundai dealership which after few days is making some sort of noise on its one side for which the service centre at alwar is demanding illegal money to resolve the complaint and the staff and the mechanics talk in an arrogant manner as if i am some of their servant. Looks like have done a huge mistake going for hyundai which at such early stage for a costly vehicle like creta on which one spends a huge amount of money does not provide assistance rather try to extort the customer.                     Hi,

                    Very disappointed with hyundai dealer sharyu services.
                    I had submitted my car to sharyu service centre at turbhe last week. At that time staff of sharyu confirmed we will get the car within 4 to 5 working days. On sunday i called the customer care at that time i got to know my car is not ready and still i managed and informed when i will get the car staff replyed it will take another 4 days still i managed but still car is not ready today they deliver the car without servicing the car and repair the car.

                      I have purchased hyundai grand i10 magna diesel car in 2015 and was running fine till 40, 000 kms run and then suddenly on one day when i was driving on the highway the car got stopped and when i checked with the service center they said it was because of ecm/ecu unit, malfunction and asked to replace the part then i explained them how could a interior part of car can get damaged then some how they tuned it and said the problem wont repeat again and after again 25000 kms run same problem had occurred, they are saying to replace the part which is very unlawful. I demand hyundai to replace the part for free of cost.

                        I purchased Black Hyundai Verna SX(0) petrol in May 2019. The car paint quality is very poor, the paint started removing from the body and also there was no primer under the paint.Also there was a problem with AC vents, the air still comes when the AC/Air flow is off. this is kind o[censored]nacceptable from Hyundai at such price. Kindly look into this on priority and solve the issue as soon as possible.

                          Hi sir

                          My son got offer letter from honda motors india ltd for supervisor job. They ask to make payment rs.1990 for security purpose. I paid through neft. They said payment not received and if not make payment offer letter will be withdrawn. So i paid amount rs.1990 again through google pay. But i checked with bank, the amount has been debited twice through the same account. Afterthat only i became to know that is fake offer letter. I request to refund my amount please. Also take action for cheating.

                            I have purchased your one of the most popular car as of now "creta" in february, 2019. My car reg no is - jh-01-dj-4583. It is amazing car, no doubt at all. But my dis appointment is that i have needed spare parts to change as it is damaged, while it is hardly 8-9 month passed only from the date of purchase. I have visited your service centre situated in chas, bokaro, jharkhand on 19th november, 2019. They have refused to cover under insurance. However, i have requested to change the same & agree to pay amount for the same as applicable. I have requested the same at your toll free no and i have been following since november, 2019 to change the same parts. As i am facing difficulty for a long time but no member of hyundai team is bother. I have been visiting again & again at service centre but it is futile.

                            I am hereby requesting you to please change my spare parts at the earliest.

                              I am one of your loyal customers in allahabad and proud owner of hyundai cars for the past 10 years. After years of trust and satisfaction with my previous hyundai santro car, i bought hyundai i10 grand sportz having the registered no. Up 70 dz 8484 in september 2017. As a matter of fact, i felt immensely satisfied with my association with the hyundai cars and there had been never an occasion to complain.

                              Since i have immense faith in the service provided by the hyundai company i have always got the vehicle serviced by hyundai authorised service station according to the prescribed schedule. Though the service personnel/agency is very considerate and helpful, i had been never informed at any point in the past that my vehicle’s condition had been deteriorating.

                              Recently, i took my vehicle for check-up and it was informed by the authorised service personnel that the engine of my vehicle is malfunctioning and advised me to carry out repairs which are expected to cost heavily. Copy of the document received from the authorised service station/ workshop (M/s dee motors) is attached for your ready reference.

                              This is indeed a serious blow for a customer like me. I am shocked that my vehicle has run only about 34000 kilometres and it is very unusual for the engine of my car to seize in such a short time. I found out that there are similar reports from other customers and the happening is not auspicious for the brand of hyundai car i trusted most.

                              As a loyal patron of the brand, i have very often referred several respectable members of the society and my close acquaintances to buy hyundai cars. But now i feel terribly embarrassed to even tell anyone that my new self driven car has got engine seizure after merely 35000 kms.

                              It is my firm belief that the hyundai might have inadvertently installed faulty parts in this instance which could only be detected after this much of running mileage.

                              You may agree that this is a case where i need helpful consideration by the hyundai in consonance to the trust and loyalty displayed by me as your customer for the brand.

                              I therefore appeal hyundai to kindly consider my case and help me by replacing the engine immediately otherwise i will suffer a great financial loss and my loyalty for hyundai as a brand would be shaken forever.

                                Sadly i need to complaint against hyundai company that they sell the defected cars to the clients. I brought a new hyundai venue sx worth rs 13 lakh
                                On 17 november 2019from delhi
                                Extactly after 2 months on 14 january 2020 the screen itself got off and there was defect in windshield aswell
                                Is this the company works, thats how they give defective products to the client.
                                Highly disappointed
                                I request you to replace the defective car with new one.

                                  I had given my car for overheating issue at frontier hyundai matiala service center new delhi.
                                  Based on initial investigation they told me they will first change the radiator if that will not help they may need to check the engine:
                                  1. The radiator was changed and they assessed the condition based on which they told the heating problem still present and engine needs to be checked. Estimate given based on this was around rs 8000/-
                                  2. Then the engine was checked, they did the investigation and updated me that the pistons are overheated due to which piston rings and block needs to be done. The revised estimate was increased by rs 10000/-
                                  The photographs shared with me were not right as the portion was not cleaned before taking any measurements and giving estimate. I visited the workshop and they acknowledged the mistake. They shared with me exact measurements based on which they told the phase is out and it needs to be corrected and the revised estimate was now between rs 30000/- and rs 35000/-.
                                  I confirmed with them if there is any other issue which they foresee in engine but i was assured that this will fix the problem.
                                  Now again i received call from hyundai service center saying the crank in engine has a cut due to which i may be hearing knocking noise during gear shift change. If it is left without replacement which would cost additional
                                  Rs 12000/- then i would hear knocking during gear change. The car when given at service center had no knocking issue, now i am loosing confidence on the issue diagnosis and has two issues:-
                                  I. I do not have budget to pay for this continuously increasing car engine service. Why without proper diagnosis the estimates are given and i am pushed to pay for that.
                                  Ii. I am not sure if my car engine actually had these many issues.

                                  I need correct fix for the issue with proper diagnosis and correct estimate. Also i should have an option to opt out from the fix as i may not have capability to pay them due to incorrect estimates given by the service advisors.

                                    Hi team,

                                    Last year on 14 jan 2019 i bought my new car hyundai grand i10. On 3rd dec 2019, hyundai's third service was done on 19094 km by defy motors hyundai gurgaon. Yesterday 2nd feb my running car is stoped and found the reason is no engine oil in the car. Current running km is 21976km only and the next service will be on 30k as per the hyundai.

                                    Can you please let me know how the engine oil is finished within a short span of time and in low running km?
                                    Is hyundai defy motors didn't fill the proper amount of engine oil in the tank? So that my car and customer are affected?
                                    Is the hyundai car engine is not proper and has the issue.

                                    As per the triumph hyundai engineer, they said the engine is consuming more oil so we need to change some parts of the engine.

                                    I am using my car for daily office up-down palwal to gurgaon. It is very useful for me to did my daily routine work as well.

                                    So it is affecting me and getting more expensive due to a lack of cars now. Bcz public transport is not available on my route. And ola_uber is also not available in palwal

                                    I didn't want to repair my engine on 20k running only within one year's short span of time only. I did all the car service by hyundai and before the time. So why i would suffer.

                                    So can you please exchange my car and give me a new car.

                                    I really disappointed with the hyundai after that incident. I have trust in the hyundai and its manufacturing engine as well.

                                    No leakage is found in the car.
