Hyundai Motor India — Complaint against car insurance policy given as commercial for personal car. Liberty and Hyundai | |
I had purchased car MH-14-HD-4511 from Hyundai Showroom Wakad in Nov-2018. The insurance was provide by Liberty as this was in the car package. Ploicy number was 201340030118800002300000 for 2018. But this is commercial insurance for private car. My car is registered for personal usage only. I have white number plate. I am using this only for me and my family. This was noticed when I went for renewal in 2019. They have cheated me. This was compensated in 2nd year 2019 (Policy 201140030119800434501000, they charged 12k for 17k) and was given assurance that in 3rd year also it will be compensated, as for private policies, 3rd party is paid for 3years in first year car insurance. In 3rd year, Hyundai and Liberty both are not responding even after contacting them several times. This has been very traumatic for me in Nov 2019 as well in Nov 2020. If there would have been any claims in 2019, I would have been in great trouble. This has aggrevated my hypertension. Also I have many sleepless nights since November as they are unresponsive. I had to visit doctor quite many times because of all this problems. I would like to request to cancel the Liberty license for such negligence and ill mannered rude response. Also I would recommend cancel the dealership of Hyunadi wakad branch as for fraud and cheating with customer. Thanks. Abhishek Gupta Was this information helpful? | |
