Sir,
I, er. Arjan dev (S. D. E) wish to bring your kind attention to this complaint. I have booked creta 1.4 on 8th july 2017 from verma motors pvt. Ltd. Hoshiarpur, punjab. I have given an advanced cheque from hdfc bank. They assured me that the car will reach to me at least 8thaugust 2017. But until now i have no response. I have complaint against this to customer care at least three times, but they did not give any response. Their dealing is not up to mark. They did not take my issue seriously. I have heard that your company hyundai is on 2nd position in india. But now i am sorry to say that in your company there is no hearing of customer’s problem. This is not expected from your company. Please take an action against the customer care and dealer immediately. Please contact me after solving this issue. My. [protected]@gmail.com.
