I have registered a booking for grand i10 nios(dual tone sportz) model on 2nd sept at CI Hyundai Jinsi Bhopal (m.p).
Two days later the dealer informed me that they won't be able to provide me the vehicle due to some allocation issue at their end.
I cancelled the booking on 5th sept and submitted a formal application to refund the booking amount i.e. rupees 5000 only.
It's more than a month now and the dealer isn't refunding the booking charges.
I have also submitted a ticket through Hyundai customer care number. The ticket number is 1-[protected].
Please take an immediate action on this and help me to get this resolved as soon as possible.
It was my first experience with Hyundai and it's getting worse than expected.
I have waited so long to get the refunded amount but I am not getting any clear response from the dealer.
The G.M or sales person aren't picking up my calls, if they did sometimes they are just making me fool that they are working on it and gave me illogical excuses.
I want immediate resolution on this before taking any legal action against the dealer.
