Hyundai Motor India — complaint against dealer - registration certificate not received | |
I purchased hyundai - i20 sports car (No. - dl12cm1976) from elroy hyundai (Near sultanpur metro station) on 30 july 2017 and i have not received my registration certificate as of now. I have already registered a complaint with hyundai (Complaint no. 1-[protected]) few days back. Ite been more than 8 months that i have purchased my car and i have submitted all required documents within first week of purchase of my car. I am surprised with the negligence of the elroy team and the vague responses i am getting from them which does not make any sense for such delay. They still not give me assurance that they will provide the same. One of the team member of elroy even asked me over call to get this done by yourself as this is not their duty to get this done. Due to non-submission of rc with sbi (The bank who finance my car), i have to pay inr 2500 per month as penalty, please let me know who will bear this cost. I am requesting you to please help me in getting registration certificate and please take hard action this dealer. This is the iind time i have formally made complaint against them Please help in get this thing resolve as soon as possible. Hoping for quick response.
