I Jai Bhagwan, resident of T-28/304 Park Floor 2 Sector 76 Faridabad have purchased a new Hyundai Venue (registered No.- HR51CE6504) from Triumph Hyundai, Faridabad dated July 21 2021.
I want to bring this into your notice that since I have bought this car unwanted sounds (from gear lever, dash board, backside) have been coming out of it continuously.
I have availed the second service about 15 days ago from Triumph Hyundai where I particularly mentioned about the issues that I faced to service center (Triumph Hyundai). After receiving the serviced car the problem still persisted. I registered acomplaint at the service center after which they sent a technician at my office and he resolved the above mentioned problems. But after driving the car for one day it again started making those unwanted noise. The second day I personally visited the service center where they attended my problem. After 10-15 days of personally visiting and getting the problems fixed the car is still making unwanted noises.
I feel like that I have been cheated on and the company has sold me a used car. I am feeling mentally harassed after buying this car. So I request you to take some appropriate action or else I would be forced to take some legal action against the company.
