Hyundai Motor India — Complaint against sas hyundai service center and delay in delivery of our vehicle
I am Meghna jaiswal, customer of Hyundai Creta 2018 model DL9CAQ1379. I have written this mail to complain against SAS hyundai service center of lucknow (address: SAS Hyundai National Highway 25, Kanpur - Lucknow Rd, near Lucknow Airport, Amausi, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh 226009).
I have sent many emails as a complaint to Hyundai but no solution is being provided to me yet.
We were traveling from Delhi to Bihar and in the meantime our car got some problem, it was not picking up speed . We submitted our car into Lucknow SAS hyundai service center on 21st April 2022 at 10 am. On seeing Delhi number car they started a fuel tank investigation and after trying that option Mr. Khurana ordered to for opening our car engine on (21st april 2022) same evening only to make huge bill. After that they gave us 4 to 5 days to get our car back but they neither updated us with any status nor they worked on our vehicle .
When we called them from our side after 4 to 5 days they started making excuses they they are trying to find ring set for our car and it is not available all over India . After that also we gave them 2 to 3 days more but then also we didn't get our car back. Here when we asked for status of our car then sas Hynndai's supervisor and GM Rajesh Mishra were talking rudely and passed comments on me and my mother which i count in misbehaving.
When we complained about these issues on 29th april 2022 to complaint center, then GM Rajesh Mishra again threatened us for complaining and rudely said that as I have registered a complaint they will give our car after 3-4 days which they promised to give on 29th april 2022 only in evening.
This was not done yet, seeing a family of 6 having 4 ladies we faced many issues in lucknow due to lack of place to go. and our mental health was gone.
We were also in contact of Mr. Saurav Mishra Area Manager of Lucknow, but after this also there is no improvement in condition of our car. Daily they are giving us Date and date that they will deliver us on this date or that date. they are just making our fool.
It's been 23 june 2022, 2 months have passed and we haven't received our car yet. Our car is in Lucknow SAS hyundai only and daily they promise to give us our car but there is no success in our car yet. Even after 2 months the problem is same for which we submitted our car. It is high time for any company that they are so irresponsible and don't know how to run their Service center. We are only showing our patience till date but making us fool is not justified. We are very ashamed of hyundai services and in future we are not going to trust hyundai and its services and will give the same feedback to others also. We are requesting Hyundai to Please Help us with this matter.
