Hi Hyundai Grievance Team,

I have booked an i20 NLine N8 DCT Polar White on April 2nd 2022 at Pavan Hyundai Kanakapura branch Bangalore. I was assured and promised that the car will be delivered within 6-8 weeks. Its been 11 weeks and dealership has still not received the VIN allotment. As a customer is this is very disappointing. This raises questions either on the dealership or on the logistics department of the factory.

I urge Hyundai support team to look into this issues with priority and resolve it ASAP.

Looking forward to a swift action and resolution.

Has anyone from Hyundai Motor India taken my case? I don’t see any response or action being taken so far. This is unacceptable. A reputed company should not treat their loyal customers like this. I urge the necessary team to please investigate and get my car VIN allotted IMMEDIATELY!

      I have booked my car on 13th march 2022 and my waiting was for 3 months. I haven't got my car delivered yet and no effective date is given to me from dealership side when taking follow up, they even extended my waiting period without any confirmation and not giving any confident replies when asking about car delivery. I just want my car to de delivered on agreed upon time. If can’t promise the car delivery then should tell at time of booking only, why take booking amount and then keeping delaying what we paid for and showing themselves as helpless ones, it’s shameful. I want my car delivered ASAP and I have waited enough. My now extended waiting period will end on 15th july.

        Paint peeling issue in my i20 car

        I am facing the problem related to paint, as the paint of of my i20 started peeling. Paint is Peeling off on a on my 5 Year old Hyundai i20 car. As per the information available it appears to be a manufacturing defect by the company. As this is a manufacturing or painting defect by company, the company should get the repair work done without charging any cost to customer. Kindly resolve the issue....

        I booked a Creta SX diesel model.On 1 June I got a call from dealer that my car has arrived. I had asked to do a Pre delivery Inspection. They said they have a team to do that. Now at the time of delivery found that the instrumental cluster is of old SX variant but the amount I paid is of the new SX variant. This has disturbed me a lot. I haven't took the delivery of my vehicle yet. Please let me know what is the next step to escalate this and next solution for it. They have told to refund the difference amount but I don't want to do that. I don't want to degrade the vehicle. They said they will replace the cluster now they are not giving any response now. It has mentally disturbed me a lot.

            I am mahesh joshi and i have a Hyundai Aura Vehicle and Registration number is DL3CCS7952 And My vehicle last service done in Rama Hyundai and my problem is my vehicle steering Lhs jam. My vehicle pick for servicing by Rama Hyundai firstly my pick the late and job card was open delay after my call to service adviser (Ejaj) and said that my complaint (Steering noise, Ac not cooling and aliment issue) and said to me after checked the vehicle i will talk you after some time service advise called me that your vehicle is ok no any problem found me and i said to adviser if my vehicle is ok that you given me on written that your vehicle is ok but service adviser ruddily behave me after some time Service Manager (Birender Bhandhari) called me and said that i will checked the vehicle personally after some time called me and said that your vehicle steering reduction gear is faulty. I ask to service manage who right and who is wrong your adviser said that your vehicle is ok and you are said to me your steering is faultily that said to me sir parts not available in workshop so your vehicle will pick again after two days so i am doing your vehicle servicing job and delivery your vehicle but workshop side not completed my servicing job and fully payment charged me, My vehicle wheel balancing, tyre rotation not done and charged the payment my bill. After two days my vehicle pick again and changed the reduction gear but vehicle not delivered same day because my vehicle steering motor damaged by workshop side. Next day my vehicle delivered but my vehicle steering one side heavy jaam and vehicle have delivered to customer, who is responsible if my vehicle will accident. Same night again called me Miss Rashmi and i said my problem and she connect the Service GM Mr. Sandeep Bansal and i said my problem that he said me again your vehicle pick and provide the other car. Next day my vehicle pick and provide other car but other car documents not provide me without documents provide the car after 5 days Mr. Sandeep Bansal called me your vehicle is ready for delivered so pick the vehicle and i reached the workshop and checked the my vehicle and found my steering jam in LH side and Mr. Birender Bhandhari said to me that I have drive 15 km and your vehicle is ok and I said that my vehicle not ok and another person Mr. Rajesh again test drive my vehicle and found steering is jam and again my vehicle aliment check after done aliment my steering solve but i am not stratified after 3 days again my vehicle steering jam and intimated to Mr. Birender & Rashmi and said to me please wait and response you but after 3 days not any response workshop side again called the Mr. Bhandhari and said me again your vehicle checked and kiindly visit the workshop for your vehicle steering problem How many times will visit to workshop only steering problem why not resolve my problem then my vehicle under workshop 5 days so I request you that taken the action to the workshop and Mr. Birender and resolve the my problem

After 20000 km my car occurs check engine light problem . After that i have faces so many problems like headlight, stereo malfunction, battery problem, tyre burst in warranty but never replaced .

              who will responsible for harassments, highly possibility of accident & who will bear the total loss of consume time of customer.

                I m living in Master colony, Chamrawal road, Baghpat (UP) Pin code - 250609 which is the part of delhi NCR and under the law of scrap for more then 15 years old petrol four wheeler, i am observing that one expired Hyundai Santro car number DL7C C8886 is standing in our colony from last 1.5 years no one is driving that car and that car is taking space of parking whereas after several discussion with owner he is not scrap his car & uses abusing language and say that " I am from media nobody has the guts for removing my car" that car is taking space of road and it's tyres also started decomposing which results spread of various kinds of polution to the environment, so now i request you to pls remove that car because its already more then 15 years old & taking road & parking space without any use and spread polution which is not good for kids and environment.

                  I had sent a mail to Utkal automobiles on 26th May 2022 on their official email id hyundaisales. patia @utkal automobiles.com requesting for cancellation of Hyundai i10 Nios, which was booked on 23.3.2022 by paying a refundable token amount of Rs. 5000/- to Utkal Hyundai. I want to cancel it due to the long waiting period, which I definitely knew when I booked the car, but still i want to cancel. Unfortunately, there has been no response or acknowledgement mail from Hyundai team to my email which was sent on 26th May 2022 around 10:51 AM from my personal email: [protected]@gmail.com. Kindly look into this matter related to my refund

                      We have purchased alcazara 20at signature[{o} 65, on 9 sep 2021 at hyderabad reg vide ts15 fb 1525.
                      Unfortunately met with accident during april first week and car shifted to workshop for repair, and there was a damage to the engine and work shop representative informed that engine spares will be available only during first week of june which is around more than 60days if all the things are normal.
                      We were put in lot of inconvenience due to the late supply of spares.
                      Pl you may intiate some solution for the same by compensating the expenses incurred for alternative use of car by our family during the period detailed beyond the normal time, we seek your intervention for early response

                        I m salesh yadav, i am having AURA (CNG) - july -2021, my car no is HR36AK2419.

                        My car got an road accident on dt. 10may,
                        After the accident that i called to RSA team.
                        And RSA picked up the vehicle at 8:30p.m. from the accident sopt.

                        while parking the damaged vehicle in dealership area, my car got hit from its behind by RSA team and resulting that taillight of my car got broken.

                        So now no one is taking the responsibility of this back side light damage, the dealership and RSA team are accusing each other about this damage . And no body is taking responsibility on that.

                        I am suffering a lot due to of this.

                        I m requesting uour to kindly sort out of this mater ASAP .

                          Subject : Levying High cost without rectifying/resolving the complaint defects/Unprofessional behaviour of the Branch Manager Harassment by way of fake commitment etc.,
                          We had purchased Hyundai Creta in the name of Lalita Sharma and Hyundai Creta vide Registration No. DL 12CJ 7768 because of my high expectation, in terms of Quality assurance and a trust in brand and belief in “Hyundai” with my hard earned money.

                          Initially for few months the vehicle was running perfectly alright but after few months I started experiencing several issues. Being a high value high-tech vehicle, I preferred to get the problem addressed by the authorized service centre of Hyundai and contacted Rama Hyundai service centre Okhla – phase - I on 13-september 2021, complaining issues pertaining to check engine light, High RPM and jerk while stopping & starting on the vehicle. My vehicle was attended by Manoj and he assured me that after the service done all the issues would be resolved. He delivered my vehicle same day against the bill amount of Rs. 7906/- after servicing it.
                          (ii) Ignition Coil : After 2 days i.e. on 16th September, 2021, the problem persisted again with the same issue and my vehicle was to be taken to Rama Hyundai service centre . This time Mr. Manoj informed that perhaps (not sure) ignition coil is faulty. He assured vehicle would be fine if I get the coil replaced. In order to fix up the issue. Since a technical person of Hyundai authorised service centre is advising, I told him to replace them. After replacing the ignition coil, they deliverd the vehicle at my office and charged Rs 8408/- He ensured me that there would be no problem with my car now.
                          (ii) ECM Replacement : To my utter shock, the same issue persisted again after two day and vehicle was brought third time at Rama Hyundai on 20th September 2021. They kept my vehicle for another three day and tried to diagnose the issues.. They said now they would need to replace the ECM now.
                          Since the unprofessional employees of Rama Hyundai Service Centre were only experimenting and testing on my vehicle by replacing expensive original parts one after the other, misguided me by making false commitments at my cost by way of extorting money without surety of the services provided, I decided to take my vehicle back. Still, they did not support me in any respect. Please be noted that vehicle was given at Rama Hyundai to get it fixed on 13-september 2021. Please also pay attention of his words :- “ हुंडई की इतनी महंगी गाड़ी ली है इसके पार्ट्स आराम से नहीं मिलते तथा कोई टाइम लिमिट नहीं है की ये पार्ट्स कब तक आयेगे”।
                          What does it means, does I make a mistake by purchasing Hyundai Creta I am really very disappointed and helpless with the behavior of these employ who are truly Unprofessional.
                          (iii) I tried to purchase ECM from the local market, but I could not manage to find it unfortunately. My car was carried by crane on 24th March 2022. As per their last checking and finding ECM also was replaced by them.
                          (iv) Seeking approval to replace Body assly ATM Valve along with child parts : I thought, now the issue would be rectified. Instead of fixing the issue, they failed to find out the root cause of the problem. They kept experimenting on my car for about 2 months. Now they are seeking approval to replace Body assly ATM Valve along with child parts which cost Rs. 138063.21. There is no credibility that my car will be Ok after replacing the ATM Valve and they will not be asking to change more parts.
                          (v) Levying of investigational cost : Not only this they are levying investigational costs on me i.e. 67791/- which is not justified. It is not a realistic amount and not acceptable to me. Which I am being forced to bear to no accurate analysis & resolution till date. Due to high quality expectations, I got my vehicle serviced only from Hyundai authorized
                          dealership on or before service time. But I never received any satisfactory solution from your
                          dealership.

                          (vi)Unprofessional behaviour of the Branch Manager :Further, On 16 May 2022 I have received an email from service centre stating that since I am the third owner of the vehicle and due to which warranty is voided. If owner got changed it doesn’t mean Hyundai as a brand will deprive of their services and will not support to the present owner. Vehicle still is a make of Hyundai. I have a question why did this fault was not detected by Rama Hyundai when vehicle was brought with complaint at first time? I have asked for multiple time to changes parts but so success and problem still unresolved after paying huge amount to service centre I believe this is not Hyundai looks like the way it was shown in above case.
                          I escalated this matter to the branch manager, Mr. Sandeep Bansal also he clearly told me not to give any discount and his behaviour is highly unprofessional at the time of discussing issue and casual approach of handing matter, sometimes they give estimate of clutch plate and sometimes they advise to change gear box. I have big concern now that all parts which have been replaced were not faulty and due to handling the issue unprofessionally and without expertise or due to unknown error of the service centre, I am forced to forced bear the exhorbitent cost ..
                          Most of the issues are long pending & not resolved. some of these issues are
                          critical & related to Safety matters. With these serious issues driving this car is dangerous/unsafe, accident prone.
                          My car was carried by crane on 24th March 2022 and at Rama Hyundai Service Centre at Okhla but still no satisfactory reply is received from Dealer & Hyundai Team.
                          My humble request Points are mention below:

                          1. I request kindly ask your technical team to visit the service centre to check and verify the fault in my car at the earliest.
                          2. All the service charges should be refunded by the Rama service centre/Hyundai/ which I had paid during service with Interest Rate of 9.25%, if they were unable to resolve the issue .
                          3. Hyundai should buy back this vehicle for all critical problems, detailed analysis & identifying effective resolution and implementing those right at the design stage.

                          4. I bought this vehicle for a Keeping in view of the Brand name of Hyundai for safe and peaceful drive during daily commute, not to make frequent visits to the service centre. It has caused me deep mental agony. It could also have
                          been a case of road accident by now. Due to above reasons, multiple visits to Service Centre, not getting satisfactory response, not getting vehicle rectified, this situation has taken a toll on mental health resulting in high blood pressure, anxiety and stress attacks. For that Rama Hyundai Authorised Service Centre/ Hyundai must pay Harassment compensation of Rs.500000
                          I believe in Hyundai customer satisfaction trust policy.

                            I Bought Hyundai Aura Car(DL7CR8902) in Dec 2020 from Sunrise Hyundai, as I trusted this brand Hyundai I was pretty satisfied with it, but as a service, you failed. You guys are literally failed in this Section, I really wanna pointed toward Mr. Prushottam Gaur(Service Manager of Sunrise Hyundai), As I can think he's the responsible person for every person who goes through sunrise Hyundai service Station. as I'm trying to be more loyal to Hyundai but the quality of service you have given to me is more doubtful than trusting you as a brand.
                            Let me come to the point now, since I bought this car with my hard-earned money, I have been getting the same problem, again and again, it's been more than EIght times, my car went into Hyundai service station(Sunrise Hyundai Service - I.P Extension), they literally disappointed me every time they fixed my problem with some Jugaad, Believe it or not, it's been 8 times for a brand like Hyundai and for the same issue only and guesses what I have been facing the same problem now again, I want to point out towards Mr. Prushottam as he's the one who was taking responsibility for my issue and since my last service which happened while ago, My Aura car used to have Mileage around 250-290km(Depending Upon Circumstances/full Cng Cylinder), now it hardly goes to 150km with full Cng cylinder,
                            Are these the Expectation I should have from Hyundai Brand? how do you give a license to a service station which doesn't bother about how many times a consumer comes for the same problem again and again thereafter you give them one more as a compliment?
                            I will raise this issue till my last breath, I will raise this issue till I see no permanent solution for this. As I can see Sunrise Hyundai is not taking responsibility as it should be.

                              My name is Saji Vincent and I work with a media company in Ernakulam.
                              This is to bring to you immediate attention an issue I have been facing with my hyundai i10 nios sports automatic car. I had purchased the car on january 18th, 2021.

                              Purchased from Edapally bye pass showroom, Ernakulam

                              After sometime o[censored]sing the car, I had started to facing issues with the gear shifting. when the car was in rest mode after switching off and then when you start the car and try to shift the gear from neutral to drive mode, the gear does not shift. it stays in neutral itself. then i have to repeatedly switch off and switch on and after 10-15 minutes it works. I kept facing this issue repeatedly while at petrol pumps after filling the petrol and then trying to start the car. Even when the car in on and you shift the gear to neutral while at a traffic junction and then try to shift it back to drive mode, it suddenly stops working. Many a times this issue kept repeating and I had to go through too much trouble when people started creating issues since they could not move ahead because of my car.
                              I had reported the issue many times. During the first service they checked the car and informed that there is no issue. Again i repeatedly reported but every time they checked and said that there is nothing they could find.
                              I raised a complaint through this consumer complaints site and then I got a call and they said they have reported the issue to the company.
                              However, on may 3rd they took my car for checking and after more more than a week or so I got my car saying that the issue was rectified.
                              During this time for almost 4-5 days I had to commute without a vehicle. Later they gave an alternate vehicle for my use.

                              However, again on 20th may, I faced the same issue and I have sent a video of the same to the customer service manager.
                              They have again said that they have informed to the R&D and some rectification has been suggested,

                              After paying more than 8 lakhs on a vehicle and having to face such issues on a regular basis without a permanent solution is not acceptable anymore.
                              I am moving legally on this issue to get a permanent solution to this issue.

                                Issue regarding hyundai i10 nios sportz

                                This is to bring to you immediate attention an issue I have been facing with my hyundai i10 nios sports automatic car. I had purchased the car on january 18th, 2021. After sometime o[censored]sing the car, I had started to facing issues with the gear shifting. when the car was in rest mode after switching off and then when you start the car and try to shift the gear from neutral to drive mode, the gear does not shift. it stays in neutral itself....

                                This is brought into you notice that I have Creta automatic with vide vehicle number DL 12CJ 7768 registered in the name of Lalita Sharma which was given at Rama Hyundai service centre Okhla – phase - I on 13-september 2021, complaining check engine light, High RPM and jerk while stopping & starting on the vehicle. My vehicle was attended by Manoj and he ensured me that after getting the service done all the issues would be resolved. After getting it serviced, he delivered my vehicle same day against the bill amount of Rs. 7906/-
                                After 2 days my vehicle was reported at Rama Hyundai service centre again on 16 -September 2021 with same issue. This time I was spoken by Manoj that he seemed ignition coil faulty. He said the vehicle would be fine if I had replaced the coil. In order to fix up the issue, I told him to replace them. After replacing the ignition coil, they deliver the vehicle at my office and charged Rs 8408/- He ensured me that there would be no problem with my car now. It was quite surprising to me that same issue came across after two day and vehicle was brought third time at Rama Hyundai on 20th September 2021. They kept my vehicle for another three day and tried to be diagnosed it. They said now they would need to replace the ECM now.
                                Please be noted that vehicle was given at Rama Hyundai to get it fixed on 13-september 2021.Since the staff was making false commitment, replacing parts one after another, and extorting money from me. Then, i decided to take my vehicle back. Still, they did not support me in any respect.
                                I tried to purchase ECM from the local market, but I could not manage to find it unfortunately. My car was carried by crane on 24th March 2022. As per their last checking and finding ECM also was replaced by them. I thought now the issue would be rectified. Instead of fixing the issue, they failed to find out the root cause of the problem. They kept experimenting on my car nearabout 2 months. Now they are seeking approval to replace Body assly ATM Valve along with child parts which cost Rs. 138063.21. There is no credibility that my car will be Ok after replacing the ATM Valve and they will not be asking to change more parts.
                                Not only this they are levying investigational costs on me i.e. 67791/- which is not justified. It is not realistic amount and not acceptable to me. On 16 May 2022 I have received email from service centre stating that I am the third owner of the vehicle and due to which warranty is voided. If owner got changed it doesn’t mean Hyundai as a brand will deprive of their services and will not support to the present owner. Vehicle still is a make of Hyundai. I have question why did this fault was not detected by Rama Hyundai when vehicle was brought with complaint at first time? I have asked for multiple time to changes parts but so success and problem still unresolved after paying huge amount to service centre I believe this is not Hyundai looks like the way it was shown in above case.
                                I escalated this matter to the branch manager, Mr. Sandeep Bansal also he clearly told me not to give any discount and his behaviour is highly unprofessional at the time of discussing issue and casual approach of handing matter, sometimes they give estimate of clutch plate and sometimes they advise to change gear box. I have big concern now that all parts which are replace are not faulty and due to unknow error service centre forced me to bear the cost to me.

                                I request kindly ask your technical team to visit the service centre to check and verify the fault in my car at the earliest.
