With all due respect, I am writing this complaint regarding your car service center.

I have been using your service for quite a time now for the maintenance of my Hyundai Grand i10 car. I gave my car to the above service center to change the gear bearing and oil seals. For this work including labor costs they gave me an estimated quotation of INR 4000, then after some days they forced me to change the clutch & pressure plate and charged INR 13000 for the same. After this work they came with a new problem like some noise was coming when we shifted 5th gear so they changed 5th gear bearing and its assembly and they increased estimated quotation up to INR 23239 also they took more than one month for the same. They charged me an expensive amount too.
Yesterday (12-MAR-2022) When I came to pick up my car after the test drive we observed my car's AC Compressor making some noise which was not observed before (Even during two previous test drives taken along with the service coordinator). Since from 09-MAR-2022 my vehicle is in the service center only.
Now I have to pick up my car but the problem with the AC Compressor should be rectified by your side because it was in good condition when I handed over the car to the service center.
Now the estimate shows 27490 INR which I have no clue about. I am so very disappointed. Hoping to do the needful at the earliest from your end.
