Hyundai Motor India — complaint against service of ketan hyundai chandrapur maharashtra | |||
I am rohit uttarwar have send vehicle number mh34-bb 0825 have been taken to service repair in ketan hyundai on 29th december 2017 against accident repair. The insurance survey completed on 3rd january 2018 and vehicle was promised after repair on approximately by 25th january 2018. Service centre informed me that the parts purchase order have been placed on 4th january 2018. It was found that there was no repair work started till 19th january 2018 neither parts were received. The service centre is not communicating properly neither they are giving me any confirm date of vehicle delivery. Only assurance is provided with no commitments against the repair. Confirm me what is hyundai's service tat and what next step should i take to get my vehicle repaired as early as possible. What is the point in buying a vehicle with brand like hyundai and suffering for repairs.
