Your branch royal hundai authorised service center situated in udaipur (Raj.) we are not happy with the service. We have given an accidental vehicle on 30 may verna 4s fluidic rj27ce4767 they do not have sufficient space to park they have thrown cars at garbage or road site not only ours 300-400 vehicles are there of accident and service. When we ask they response like they have no parts availabilitiy and they have said that it is done and they have made 59000 bill but it is incomplete. Insurance company is also giving claim of 44700 rs "when we asked insurance company why this claim is not fully given they answered that the parts which are not damaged and are of company are also changed by royal hyundai. And the color done by royal hundai do not matches the original color. We are not satisfied by the service given by the authorised dealer. If we don not get our vechile in 3 days we will report to consumer court. All the responsibility will be of company and the till the date vechile is with u the compensation will be taken. We are sending pictures in which they have thrown vechiles on the road. They are blackmailing and cheating with customer
