[Resolved] Hyundai Motor India — Complaint of Manufactured parts, dealership & Service post sale | |||
I am using i20 vehicle of Hyundai delivered by Kaizen Hyundai, Panvel. After using for some months I complaint to the same dealer at time of second service for a steering noise to which the technicians could not resolve besides repeated attempts. To the dismay, the technician asked me how the sound is, I explained by self driving and confirmed from them that the sound is there but later on reaching the workshop, they were clueless. In the third service, they just replaced a bushing/plug for the same complain and said that the issue is resolved in warranty. After some months the same issue cropped in and on searching Kaizen, I came to know that the dealer is closed down. Recently I got the whole Gear Assy Steering replaced by self payment as the Servicing manager of Sharayu Hyundai confirmed me that it is not possible to get replaced in Warranty. Worst part is today after 10 days, the same sound has started up. Why do Hyundai gives dealership to such thugs who works with inefficient technicians & closes anytime? Secondly, why do Hyundai manufacture such a sub standard steering rack? There is something called post sale callback & rectification. Doesn't Hyundai have such a policy for there mistakes.
