Hyundai Motor India — Complaint regarding accident by car service centre | |||||
Hi Team. I gave my car to Shristi Hyundai, Rohtak for service on 8/6/2016 at 9 AM in the morning, I got a call from Shristi Hyundai at around 12 Noon that we hit your car from back side while reverse & back light, Bumper & back boot lock was completely damaged, when i visited them, they talk to me in a very rude manner & said we will get it fixed & till now they haven't started fixing it. This is total bad behavior from the showroom dealer & there servicemen. I need a compensation for that as my time is getting waste for that & why should i bear this pain. I need a compensation for that or I will buy another car from Hyundai & the difference of the fix need to be deducted from the new car. I want it to be done ASAP else I will ask my advocate to get it fixed legally. Contact me ASAP for a better solution.
