Hyundai Motor India — COMPLAINT REGARDING CLARIFICATION ABOUT LOGISTIC CHARGES

Sir, 1. I want to purchase hyundai Elite i 20 (Sports Model) through CSD Canteen. In this regard I visited your dealership show room i.e. SAMRITHI HYUNDAI at Ambala City (Haryana). Your staff at showroom asked to me pay the following charges in addition to price of the car (i.e. Rs. 5, 79, 553/- (Rupees five lakh seventy nine thousand five hundred fifty three) : - (a) Logistic Charges - Rs. 4500/- (b) Mating Charges - Rs. 1700/- 2. I agree to pay the above charges and asked for proper receipt of the same indicating the above charges. But they refused to give the receipt and intimated that we can not change the system for you. 3. In view of the above, you are requested to clarify about the above amount is liable to be paid by me or not. 4. Your co-operation in this regard will by highly appreciated.
