This matter is regard to the problem arise in our Hyundai Xccent car on 12th April 2022.
We had gone to service centre at Bharuch where we had came to know there is engine problem with our car.
Our car has run only 57000 km and it was purchased in March 2018. We had done regular service at 5300 km from authorised showroom service centre.
To our surprise how could the engine part of a renowned Hyundai company can have such problem at lowest kilometre where Car has run only 57000 km in 4 years.
Although the car was service regularly at authorised Service Centre.
It is not our first product from Hyundai we are already having two Hyundai cars since 2011 and they are in good working conditions.
We expect your solution in the matter on urgent basis as normally this kind of issue has never happen in a brand like Hyundai.
