Hyundai Motor India — Complaint regarding I20 bought on 2nd october 2019 | |||
We bought an i20 registration no-up 78 fx 8477; vin no-malbm51blkm736367 from triupati hyundai motors on october 2nd 2019. It's a new car which has covered 4151 km till now and somehow on september 1, 2020 around 20:30, my only son was driving the car and its clutch got free while driving the car. It has not even been a year properly and i do not think it to be something very common because a big company like yours should not have defects like this at such an early stage. I am very upset seeing this type of quality being distributed in the market. My only son was driving the car and if something would happen due to the same then who will be taking the responsibility for that. Even you can imagine the seriousness of the situation considering that there is always a person’s life behind those wheels and i want someone to take the responsibility for this situation. I would want a full replacement of this car because even if the parts are replaced in the old one, i would not be trusting it again and not expect anyone to drive it due to the manufacturing defects which i faced in a brand new car.
