Hyundai Motor India — Complaint regarding new car | |||||
I have purchased new car (Grand i10 asta 1.2) on[protected] from "goyal automotive private limited" gt road ludhiana punjab. At the time of delivery they give me 2 smart keys but after that i found that 1 key is not working. I complaint about it to the dealer & at hyundai customer care centre. They registered my complaint through service request id[protected] & after that goyal automotive calls me & told me to tell my problem at nearest hyundai service centre. After that i visited gkp hyundai saturn vehicles pvt ltd patiala. They checked my car then serviced my car but they are not able to solve my smart key problem. Today after 7 days, the senior representative calls me and tells me that Hyundai has stopped production of Black xcent since long time and i can choose any other color if i want. I was obviously upset. And when pointed out as to why they made the booking and started the loan procedure if the said car was not available in the first place? The person said, " I apologize. It was my staff's fault and they did not know". However refused to co- operate otherwise. I need an explaination as well as compensation for all the mental agony i went through. The people at Kothari Hyundai must pay for their incompeteance. Taking this opportunity to also point out the most rude and i dont care attitude of the staff at Kothari Hyndai, which not only us but many others I know have experienced. I hope i get some justice. attaching the receipt of my car booking.
