Hyundai Motor India — Complaint regarding not transfer my car

Sir i sold my i20 car HR29AR0641 dated 31.12.2020 to mahadev hyundai faridabad and took creta car instead. Today, even after 7 months have passed, they have not got my car transferred, that vehicle is still registered in my name. If they do not get my car transferred in my name within a week, then I will be forced to take appropriate action. My car was bought from me by mahadev hyundai faridabad for 4.40 lakhs. If he gives me back that car even by 4.60, then I am ready to take it back also.
