Hyundai Motor India — Complaint regarding service

Respected sir/mam,
my vehicle no. is cg-07-br-7700 in the name of sonam gowani, my contact no. is[protected], i took my vehicle for servicing on your jaika automobiles pvt. ltd. situated in bhilai, chhattisgarh dated:-20/04/2022 for general servicing and the noise which was coming from dashboard as in previous service some ac unit was replaced which was in warranty.
a test drive was taken by technician he told me that a worm shaft assemble has to be replaced which is also causing some noise i agreed and told him to replace and left my vehicle in service centre.
next day i went to take delivery of my vehicle i saw a dent mark on my bonnet and informed them about the same and ask them to check the photograph, they responded by saying that the photograph has been deleted, they were hiding the truth that the damage has not happened at there service station.
secondly i took the test drive of my vehicle and noticed that the steering wheel got stuck at specific angle in both right and left turn it's feedback mechanism was not working.
i told the technician that see how it is getting stuck in which his respond was inappropriate he told me that you can check any vehicle the steering response will be same, so i told him to do test drive of another vehicle, when we drove another vehicle the feedback mechanism of that vehicle was like the new vehicle that is perfect, than technician agreed that i was right.
then i told him to keep my vehicle for as many days as he want but i need this issue to be resolved, then after two days i got the call from service centre that they are sending the vehicle when i test drive my vehicle the issue resolved unchanged the noise was persistant that is so irritating, i talked to the technician he told me that the noise will come as we have increased the free play so that steering can function smoothly.
so i have faced two issue
1.DAMAGE CAUSED TO THE BONNET OF MY VEHICLE
2.A NEW WORM GEAR ASSEMBLY HAS BEEN REPLACED IN MY VEHICLE WHICH HAS NOT RESOLVED MY PROBLEM.
3.INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOUR OF TECHNICIAN WHO THINK CUSTOMER ARE STUPID AND THEY CAN GETAWAY BY DOING THE WORST SERVICE, THIS TYPE OF TECHNICIAN WHO ARE NOT FAITHFULL TOWARD THERE JOB IS A BLACK SPOT IN SUCH A WORDERFULL COMPANY.
I REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE DO THE NEEDFULL, PLEASE RESOLVE MY ISSUE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
