Above mentioned my car met a miner accident due to which the Front bumper and front left hand side mudguard was also broken because it is attached with Bumper. I have Bumper to Bumper insurance with The Oriental insurance Company. So I stuck my car for repair at Yashodha Hyundai Sirhand Road Patiala for 14 days. But on delivery I saw that the broken mudguard was not replaced. I request to the Service Manager that why the broken mudguard is not replaced ? Service Manager said that Surveyor of O.I.C. has not recommended to change the same. He called to surveyor on mobile and handed over to me. When I complained to Surveyor that why the mudguard is not assessed to change then he start blaming me that you are talking in high pitch. Then I felt very helpless and it seems that both Yashodha Hyundai Sirhand Road Patiala and The Oriental insurance Company are jointly harash the Customer even I have Cashless Bumper to Bumper insurance as they are tie up with each other. Both of them never send me the work to be done after survey and raise the claim amount with out the concent of Customer. I have not disclosed policy no. due to secracy reasons. So i request you to raise my Complaint against both Companies who are harrassing the Costomers and to replace the required Mudguard. Thanking you, Your's Sincerely.

    I have given my CAR for repairs under insurance claim on 9th July 2022. As per the written commitment from Authorised Hyundai Service Centre (Capital Hyundai - Sector 83, Noida), it was supposed to be completed in 10-15 days.

    Today it has been 18days and till now I am not getting any positive feedback from the service centre.

        Dear Sir,

        I am very sorry to write this letter to you...

        I had purchased a Hyundai eon car from Popular Hyundai Thrissur- in 2017. And all normal service and other works done by Hyundai Popular Thrissur only.

        Yesterday my car got stuck due to a hand brake issue and I was travelling. (Saturday night 8.00pm)

        That's why I Had to show up at a local workshop.

        The experienced mechanic opened the rear wheel.

        Both rear axle nut and axle teeth slipped. Because of a quality issue.

        The important thing is, the Hyundai service team never opened the rear wheel.

        It was full of dust and mud.

        Dear Sir, I am simply asking you...Where is the quality product and where is the quality service.

        Please look into this matter and do the needful.

          I got a service at JSV HYUNDAI on 20 July, 2022 where the service centre didn't did the service correctly and charged a huge amount including maximum labour charge of about 8000 Rs ( only labor charge). They didn't listened to us and didn't rectified the mistakes in the car. They made me awaited from 9.30 am to 7.30 pm whole day. But none of the works were satisfactory. Now today my car overheated and had a leakage in both coolant gauge pipes. I request you to kindly consider this and plz do the needful.
          With reference to my complaint in Hyundai motors, I am experiencing malfunctioning of my windows glass.. they are not functioning properly..

            When i try to refund my monev the manager said we will give after month after week but he can not provide my booking amount
            please resolve my issue and give my money

                I purchased Hyundai car Grand i10 Diesel era model in March-2017 and car is always serviced at authorized Hyundai service center under specified time frame. Last service was done in Dec-2021 and in month of March-21 i experience pickup issue and notice sometime engine oil indicator light is flashing.I went to SAS Hyundai kanpur road Lucknow to check my car and hyundai person told me in your car engine back compression problem and need to repair engine.
                I gave my car to Hyundai service center on 5 June-2022.First time they give me estimate cost Rs.2, 10, 047.56 and after discussion they gave me estimate Rs.1, 48, 533.00 and again after discussion they submit Rs. 1, 02, 491.00 Rs quotation .I escalate this issue to customer complaint number also but no one response properly. Over phone they always ensure me it is genuine case we will do best for you but do nothing. Finally i got call on 19 July 2022 from SAS Hyundai that your car is repaired and we give you 30, 000.00 discount and come and pay Rs.72, 000.00 and take your car.
                I asked Hyundai team any car engine is heart of system and how can to easily it can be fail at run only 70, 000.00 KM all service are done on time from authorized hyundai service center only i am single person who drive this car from 1st day of purchase.How all of sudden after maintenance of 3 month car completely breakdown.
                I am working in healhcare service industry and in my job i need to move on urgent to different location hospitals/labs to repair instrument.Mode of travel via car is best to provide speed services to hospital so that no one treatment stop due to our delay.
                Hyundai took one month 15 days to repair my car-parts availability is major issue any time they dont have basic parts.
                I suffered and harassments too much mentally and financially pressure where there is no fault .
                Hyundai manager accept that from 2016 to 2019 they sell 6 Lacs i10 all over India and 7% engine failure rate which is too high for main part of any machine .
                UP 32KJ6818 2018 Diesel engine fail at 35000 km and repaired in under warranty. HR01AR9993 i10 Diesel 2017 engine fail at 70, 000km and many more who got repair work outside due to costly hyundai service.

                    I am very disappointed with the car performance. I bought new venue car sx turbo petrol engine on 22 jan 2020.
                    In the starting all things was well But after few weeks the problem started surrounding me.

                    1) In the primary stage I felt the 2nd gear of my car was getting struck While decreasing the speed .

                    2) with the battery also face an issue after the Spam of 15 days battery suddenly goes down and even after running my car for more than 25 to half an hour the battery was not functioning

                    3) well the same problem occur and the car got stuck in middle of path and Was not taking self at all then I call roadside assistance to just have a brief idea in context to, that why the car is not Starting a mechanic arrived with a service battery and try to start car with service battery. Then also car was not starting at all. Mechanic call the office asked for the towing of the vehicle because it was not working at any condition the vehicle was took to the service centre. where it took near about one and a half hour for the serviceman to solve the issue of my car was not starting . Mechanic found that there is some sensor issue in my clutch which was not properly working and that's why car was not starting

                    Once they got it repair they handed over the car and asked me to check if all things well or not but I felt the clutch is still facing a problem.

                    4) Again after half and one month I've saw there was leakage in my car and the water was spelling near the driver's seat at very fast speed which was making all the things goes wet in my car and even the goods which was some important paper in file was totally ruined off because of that water leakage.
                    The service man Inspect all the matter and told me that the AC pipe got choked up with the dust and that's why the water was Draining inside the car .

                    5) Then again after spam of 15 days I felt a problem with the car that again the self was not working well I got to the showroom and make the inspection and after that Re told me that again there is a problem with the sensor which is present inside the clutch again they go for service after again spam of 15 to 20 days my car face a new problem that the air condition was not working properly as it should be during the inspection of air condition they found AC filter was shocked and need to get replace then only the AC would make cooling I agreed to it and make the necessary replacement .

                    6) after 20 days have passed when I felt a new problem that the fuel consumption of my vehicle was very high . During inspection I was being told by the sales manager was not at all the company was flaming the average would be near about 19 to 21 on highway and near about 12 to 14 in the City but I was getting the Average of 6 to 7 Kilometre per litre the mechanic told me that the company gets the average open only after the 3rd service.
                    as in new car intact and is tight during the early 20000 km and once the engine complete 20000 km then only You will get the average claim by the salesman .

                    I got again satisfied and went again back to the company after a month for my 3rd service of my car, Even after 3rd service I was totally shocked again during highway my mileage was not more than then 12:00 kmpl. at an ideal speed of 80 to 85.

                    7) when I went to a destination present in the local of my hometown the Bolt of my driving seat got broke up and now a problem of driving had occur because the seat was weaving in too and fro motion, how so ever I manage and went to the destination and ask for making the seat arrangement as soon as possible so that I could be back to my hometown.

                    8 ) when I was back to the service centre and told him the same problem they said in next service they will take care of all the matter weather in terms of mileage or the seat arrangement or the gear shift as a try and what so ever problem you are facing but even after this third service in the mid Road the clutch plate clutch wire and kit with cylinder got broken down in the middle of the trip where I have no other option and my whole family was with me and I was standing in the mid of the road in the night and that condition I cannot even call any help for assistant for my help but also ever I call my brother and ask him to drop us home and took the car to the service centre.

                    8) I was told in the service centre by the company executive that we does not provide warranty or guarantee and the clutch kit could get broke down even after 5000 to metre so this is the not the proper response or answer what I was looking for because in the starting face only I have make him understand that pleasure of spacing a problem with the gear shifting but now they hand over a bill of 15000 Indian rupee for getting my clutch kit repair .

                    9) The problem with the self was again occurring and the car was not starting, I again went to the service centre and said to the mechanic to look after the matter now they told me that there was carbon in my self and that why this problem is occurring.

                    10) I left over the vehicle in the showroom for another 2 days and ask them to make it fine but after 2 days they told me now your car is perfectly alright and you can drive it to home and while taking my car to the home again the clutch padal was broke down in the mid of a bridge and a huge traffic jam got occur in which I was being bullied by all the people behind my car on road. I was so I was embarrassed and was feeling guilty for the decision of buying and Hyundai car and today felt the reason of being guilty is having trust on the brand called venue or Hyundai so I would like to bring it to your notice

                    Please let me know what the company policy is for the customer who is facing trouble like all these mention about and what are the necessary step that I should take to get my name back or how can I get my image to get better which was totally ruined up by the extreme worst performance of Hyundai car . I was thinking of purchasing another car from the Hyundai but now I will say that if anyone ask my opinion in context of purchasing car I would never and ever suggest Hyundai .

                    I do not want the person asking me my opinion big guilty and ashamed like me for taking decision of purchasing and Hyundai car last but not the list just let me know what the company could do in this matter and how and Company good company set me in this regard . I am not going to pay a single penny to the service shop for this repair and its necessary then I could also take the case to the consumer forum.

                    I want reply in 48 hours or as soon as possible to the same email id .I am waiting for your response. In the mean time while my car is getting repair In service center please make alternative arrangement for my travel and work.

                      I own a Hyundai Verna SX and I am facing issue in driver side wiper from last 3 months and I had visited multiple times the Hyundai service centre but still the issue is unresolved moreover it's deep metter of regret that during recent visit at service centre i requested them to change the complete wiper if you're unable to fix it than they say it's unavailable at present than I asked them that kindly lodge the order for the wiper but they said they will lodge the same but you have to pay for that when it comes and no matter your issue get resolved or not, so i refused for that if mine will not resolved I'll not pay for that, I'll pay only the amount when mine issue get resolved, than they said they will confirm me via massage and call, but still i am waiting neither they called nor they are responding properly.

                        This is my third complaints against Hyundai, water leakage in car again and again and I complaint against this so many times but I have not any fix solution of this problem and also I have complaint about missing part of co-driver seat belt senser. But company behave like casually and they did not take it serious, my demand has replace this car or refund my money.

                            Vaishali, Ghaziabad, U, P - I have 2011 Model CAR I 20 Magna Petrol. While my driving is still less, i got to know that my CAR AC has stopped functioning and needs to be replaced and also other parts, like condenser etc.

                            While i approached to Hyundai genuine parts supplier, i was told that only compressor will either cost me 23 K or i can take another Hyundai compressor also in 13 k. the entire cost will be 31 - 35 k which is HUGE.
                            But my question is, how can a part like AC, go wrong, when Hyundai is doing QC before selling..
                            Earlier i have Maruti cars also and kept for more than 15 yrs, and i never had issue like this.
                            What hyundai is doing to get this rectified.. why customers bears this cost again . It is moral duty of Hyundai to recall all cars and change the AC part without cost...
                            NOT GOOD for company which is bringing bad name by not providing solution

                              I have purchased creta basic model. The headlights are very poor, that I am unable to drive in the night time. And if it is raining the driving is a hell of an affair.

                              I have approached the service center. But they said they can't help. And they can't change the headlight also.

                              Kindly help me to change the headlights so that I can drive even in the night time also

                                Dear Sir / Madam,

                                Myself Vinod Jain, practising CA in Patiala, Punjab.

                                I had booked one Creta E Diesel with in Patiala Hyundai dealer Yashodha Motors on 31/03/2022 vide receipt No 11067 by paying Rs 11, 000/-

                                I was assured delivery of car within 60 days of booking but till date I have not received any intimation about delivery of my car.

                                Its strange to note that I am receiving un-solicited offers of early delivery in case of extra payment but as a practising Tax professional, it's un-ethical and against my professional integrity to pay illegal sum.

                                I have waited for more than 90 days awaiting my car beyond which my patience is exhausted. Persons who have booked cars after me have already taken delivery of cars.

                                I have been forced / coerced to buy another model against my wishes and not in line with my requirement. I am being forced to buy car with accessories, add on which I do not require. I have my own clients who can supply me better accessories of my choice.

                                PL INSTRUCT HYUNDAI NOT TO FORCE A CUSTOMER TO BUY WHAT HE DOES NOT REQUIRE AND ALSO HYUNDAI IS NOT MANUFACTURING ITS OWN ACCESSORIES.

                                Through this email I request you to kindly intervene in the matter and have the car delivered of my choice on priority on the terms and conditions as applicable under the laws of my country India

                                      Hii… so problem is that i had purchased my car ie creta 1.5 E deisel on 12 november 2020. So logically warranty will start from 12th of November. So company added accesories with it. So problem is that they have installed jk tyre. And on 5th july my tire got cut. So i went to mahadev hyundai where i purchased my car. And infact i went to jk tyre agency and they told your tire is of 2019. And out of warranty. They told me to go to Hyundai dealership. So know company take my tire. And they have given to perfect wheel where they rejected my case with same reason of that out of warranty. So main consideration is that they installed old tires whereas my Stepney tire is 2020. So this is a illegal activity which they are performing. By placing old parts . And they are adding illegal clause now. I am attaching all the legal documents.
