I am very disappointed with the car performance. I bought new venue car sx turbo petrol engine on 22 jan 2020.
In the starting all things was well But after few weeks the problem started surrounding me.

1) In the primary stage I felt the 2nd gear of my car was getting struck While decreasing the speed .

I own a Hyundai Verna SX and I am facing issue in driver side wiper from last 3 months and I had visited multiple times the Hyundai service centre but still the issue is unresolved moreover it's deep metter of regret that during recent visit at service centre i requested them to change the complete wiper if you're unable to fix it than they say it's unavailable at present than I asked them that kindly lodge the order for the wiper but they said they will lodge the same but you have to pay for that when it comes and no matter your issue get resolved or not, so i refused for that if mine will not resolved I'll not pay for that, I'll pay only the amount when mine issue get resolved, than they said they will confirm me via massage and call, but still i am waiting neither they called nor they are responding properly.

    This is my third complaints against Hyundai, water leakage in car again and again and I complaint against this so many times but I have not any fix solution of this problem and also I have complaint about missing part of co-driver seat belt senser. But company behave like casually and they did not take it serious, my demand has replace this car or refund my money.

        Vaishali, Ghaziabad, U, P - I have 2011 Model CAR I 20 Magna Petrol. While my driving is still less, i got to know that my CAR AC has stopped functioning and needs to be replaced and also other parts, like condenser etc.

        While i approached to Hyundai genuine parts supplier, i was told that only compressor will either cost me 23 K or i can take another Hyundai compressor also in 13 k. the entire cost will be 31 - 35 k which is HUGE.
        But my question is, how can a part like AC, go wrong, when Hyundai is doing QC before selling..
        Earlier i have Maruti cars also and kept for more than 15 yrs, and i never had issue like this.
        What hyundai is doing to get this rectified.. why customers bears this cost again . It is moral duty of Hyundai to recall all cars and change the AC part without cost...
        NOT GOOD for company which is bringing bad name by not providing solution

          Creta headlights

          I have purchased creta basic model. The headlights are very poor, that I am unable to drive in the night time. And if it is raining the driving is a hell of an affair.

          I have approached the service center. But they said they can't help. And they can't change the headlight also.

          Kindly help me to change the headlights so that I can drive even in the night time also...

          Dear Sir / Madam,

          Myself Vinod Jain, practising CA in Patiala, Punjab.

          I had booked one Creta E Diesel with in Patiala Hyundai dealer Yashodha Motors on 31/03/2022 vide receipt No 11067 by paying Rs 11, 000/-

          I was assured delivery of car within 60 days of booking but till date I have not received any intimation about delivery of my car.

          Its strange to note that I am receiving un-solicited offers of early delivery in case of extra payment but as a practising Tax professional, it's un-ethical and against my professional integrity to pay illegal sum.

          I have waited for more than 90 days awaiting my car beyond which my patience is exhausted. Persons who have booked cars after me have already taken delivery of cars.

          I have been forced / coerced to buy another model against my wishes and not in line with my requirement. I am being forced to buy car with accessories, add on which I do not require. I have my own clients who can supply me better accessories of my choice.

          PL INSTRUCT HYUNDAI NOT TO FORCE A CUSTOMER TO BUY WHAT HE DOES NOT REQUIRE AND ALSO HYUNDAI IS NOT MANUFACTURING ITS OWN ACCESSORIES.

          Through this email I request you to kindly intervene in the matter and have the car delivered of my choice on priority on the terms and conditions as applicable under the laws of my country India

                Hii… so problem is that i had purchased my car ie creta 1.5 E deisel on 12 november 2020. So logically warranty will start from 12th of November. So company added accesories with it. So problem is that they have installed jk tyre. And on 5th july my tire got cut. So i went to mahadev hyundai where i purchased my car. And infact i went to jk tyre agency and they told your tire is of 2019. And out of warranty. They told me to go to Hyundai dealership. So know company take my tire. And they have given to perfect wheel where they rejected my case with same reason of that out of warranty. So main consideration is that they installed old tires whereas my Stepney tire is 2020. So this is a illegal activity which they are performing. By placing old parts . And they are adding illegal clause now. I am attaching all the legal documents.

                  My name is Akshay Kumar. I purchased a venue vehicle in 2021. But now the clutch plate is gone. The order was placed on 29/6/2022 but has not arrived till today. Unable to drive, I stopped. Why are you selling the vehicle if you don't get spare parts of the vehicle? Why are you cheating the customers. Stop selling the vehicle first. Or solve this problem as soon as possible....

                  I bought i20 car in 2016. I use car daily basis. In 2019, I changed cooling coil first, cost 4500. After that, I changed pipe system in May 2022, which has leakage, cost Rs. 8000.

                  In June 2022, I again changed cooling coil, which cost 7500.

                  Now, in July 2022, compressor has gone. I checked at 3-4 service shops and as per them, majority Hyundai car has a/c issue. It last max. 3 years, if lucky.

                    My car is creta sx manual petrol model. I’m facing a problem that after going 30-40 km my car start getting overheat and it get start again when the engine temperature drop down and my car is only 5 months old and I’m having this problem since one month. When I want to the service centre the told me that this happen because of Vapour in the fuel tank.

                      I have got my Hyundai Creta only 4 years old with not even completed 40000 kms inspected at the dealership service station for exhaust sound and found that the silencer pipe leakage because of rusting. It seems to be a case of poor quality metal used for silencer pipe for such a premium product of the brand. VERY DISAPPOINTING. Worried about another car, Hyundai i20 purchased for my wife a year after if this type of poor quality product is being delivered. And a BIG question mark on my future purchases of the brand.

                        I purchased Hyundai Creta diesel in 2019, after 2years, car engine was seized after repairing of engine I am facing continuous problem in my car from last one year, company officers are not doing his properly and not replacing engine unit of my car.

                        Now I am frustrated, and I have only the legal way against the company as well as those officers.

                        Please note book complaint and resolve my problem urgently.

                          Given my car accident car to MDH Hyundai, Kadapa. Taken delivery and asked multiple time to service manager if he took test drive. Yes, he said. While delivering he said front wheel giving sound need to change barring. I said ok to change..he took one hour for us to wait. Finally we took delivery. We driven to chennai. On the we found that right mirror auto close is not working. And also horn not working. After reaching to found that there is leakage of oil found.

                              I some two months back approached hyundai service center Doda (Jammu and Kashmir UT) near police lines Doda for paid service of my hyundai vehicle. After getting the job done l noticed that the service station lack the services of skilled and trained manpower and genuine spare parts also. After driving the vehicle for 2-3 days I noticed that the vehicle has developed pickup problem, I time and again visited the service center for 3_4 times to get the problem rectified but as I mentioned already that due to lack of skilled and trained manpower and latest technology the problem still persists.Now l feel uncomfortable and cheated and also facing monetary loss due to milage also.
                              Now I am hoping that you will get the problem rectified at an earliest.
