Hyundai Motor India — complaint regarding service station and cooling system | |||
hi sir... i like to post a complaint about ur authorized service dealer jains hyundai located in vellore... i own i20 sportz diesel & i was very happy about the car & also about ur premises..but it was as not so long as 8 months with a 16000km. on 28 apr i left my car in jainshyundai seeking ac complaints..the response made by them was so awkward..they asked me to claim insurance and changed the s-frame and bumper still my ac wasn't working..they doesn't really aware of the complaints made by the customer..after a big dispute they just reply that there is some problem with compressor if warranty department permit's they try change it on warranty or else they ask me to pay.. & i don't know then why the hell hyundai motors assures 2 years warrant..and as a matter of fact i still does not got my car back & they doesn't call me regarding about my car, even if i call they doesn't give me a proper reply..my car was with them for more then 15 day and also still... i know it was a long story but pls do read...i miss my car badly..they even didn't gave me a promise date also .. this attitude gives me a bad impression about ur premises...pls listen to the customer.. sir i will be happy at least i[censored] do reply..pls ask ur representatives to involve in this issue and ask to call me as soon as possible ... manigandan.A [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
