Hyundai Motor India — complaint regarding to service

My name sinoj
last month my car (grant i10 diesel) breakdown in Bangalore. the problem is car didn't start. that time i went to authorized service center in Bangalore(Lakshmi Hyundai). they said the engine have some problem . it will take 1 week time to rectify. now its take 1 month time they said it is a major work tats why it take time. OK i said . yesterday only they delivered the car . the total cost is 55000 i give. i take the car and drive to my native place in Kerala (400km). but today morning the same problem again. now i go to another service center in my native place in recovery wan( rs.3500). what i want do ?. i cant spent any more money for this. i want compensation and free of cost the service don. if didn't do the favor i go to the consumer court against Hyundai. i have the bill and other details. i think you can under stand my situation. do the need full.
