Hyundai Motor India — continuous fraud by mohan motor hyundai service center | |||
On 27/08/2019, my hyundai fluidic verna broke down due to clutch plate problem. I called mohan hyundai service center and explained them the problem, they gave me towing truck’s number and asked me to bring the car to service center. As suggested, i brought the car to service center, without checking the car they quoted it would cost me around 19k and will be delivered by 29/08/2019. When i checked with them today, they told me, parts are not available with them and it will take another 2 to 3 days. Why the hell, they didn’t inform me earlier. I could have taken my car to other hyundai service center. It is their usual business, first they take the car in and afterwards give nonsense excuses.. This is something happening with me for the third time. They gave some date initially and afterwards informed me, the car could not be ready.. If you guys are not capable enough then stop cunning people.. Was this information helpful? | |||
