Hyundai Motor India — copy of first bill not provided | |||
Dear team, I am an existing customer of hyundai. I baught new hyndai creta car from one of your dealer ss hyundai mavelickra, kerala in the year 2016. One month back i have visited the same hyundai showroom for copy of my first bill which is required for my claim and record purpose. They have given the bill at the time of delivery but it's is mis spaced at my end. I have given written request for getting the same. I feel very bad with the behaviour and treatment of finance manager about the same query. It is completed one and half months from the date of my request and i have enquired with office several times for the latest update. It is very badly say that, till now no update regarding the same and will escalate the issue further against the showroom ss hyndai mavelickra, kerala if it is not resolved with in one week.
