Looting of money by nirmal hyundai, noida. Pocketing money with unfair means by nirmal hyundai noida. I had take the delivery of creta 1.6vtvt sx+ on 2.2.2017 after payment of following amounts. Booking of vehicle rs. 25000 through cheque Payment through rtgs rs. 13, 50, 000 Payment through cheque in personal name of sales executive. Rs. 10, 000 (Kind of cash) Payment of rs. 6000 cash for which i have not received the invoice so far. Total amount paid rs. 13, 91, 000. Delivery of vehicle taken on 2.2.2017, where as i had requested for delivery on 26.1.2017, but was informed that delivery may be taken on 2.2.2017 as the sales executive is busy or is out of station. Hence with no other alternative had take the delivery on 2.2.2017. After a week while going through the invoices and debit notes given by nirmal hyundai i observed that i was excessively charged with following amount and no service or product or item provided against the same to me. 1. Car care kit rs. 3335 2. Fourth year extended warranty rs. 11270 3. Extra amount charged on account of insurance rs. 1952 These all above extra charged amount through unfair means from me were adjusted against cash payment of rs. 16000 as shown above (Rs. 10000 in personal name and rs. 6000 in cash). Only after my raising the issue, nirmal hyundai started looking into the matter and after long persuasion they have replied as follows. 1. They do not give any car care kit and informed they will refund the amount. 2. They agreed to give me the fourth year extended warranty which was valid upto 30.11.2020 instead of 1.2.2021 (As delivery taken by me was on 2.2.2017) which i had to refuse as the same was in contradiction to the commitment given by nirmal hyundai. 3. After constant and long persuasion almost on daily basis, i was refunded with extra amount of rs. 1948 charged on account of insurance. This is to bring to the notice of hyundai motors that had i not raised the issue of extra amount charged to me this money would have been eaten by nirmal hyundai. Can plesae hyndai motors inform me that the dealers so authorised by you are not properly scrutinised (By ethics and integrity) before they are apponited. Are they allowed to earn the money from the customers by unfair means. Doesn't hyundai motors korea think this will ruine the image of the world wide reupted company. Please take a call.
