My complain # 1-[protected] on the hyundai motor india website was closed without resolution. I was simply connected to a territory manager. He does not or can not commit any dates regarding a part that is due replacement - (infotainment i.e. audio/video/navigation/stereo system) since December 29 2021). My car has been at the service centre for 2+ months now, and I have stil not been provided a date by which this will be resolved. This is totally unacceptable. It is a feature you charge extra for and relates to the car security (bluelink system) as well. This experience has been nothing but total mental harassment from Hyundai India.
