Hyundai Motor India — Creta car sx 1.6 2017 model

My car silencer got burst on it own just after running 36000 km and the company is not taking any response in last 15 days on my complain my complain id is 1-[protected]. I never accept this kind of behaviour from the company and even the nrl service centre didn’t help me out with anything in agra my car number is UP80DZ3195. And i want full compensation from the company
