Then I reminded reception busy people, and they called somebody. Since my insurance time is getting expired I thought I can claim for small scratches and traffic dents. He said we don't have tie-up with your insurance company, hence it takes a week for us to complete the process and work. Then I decided to go for other alternative and complete the regular service, then I noticed my pen which I kept on the seat along with the service book is missed. When I asked they said we will give you some other pen instead of finding out atleast. The question is not pen or you don't have tie-up with my insurance company, the kind of people you are having.
