Then I decided to go for other alternative and complete the regular service, then I noticed my pen which I kept on the seat along with the service book is missed. When I asked they said we will give you some other pen instead of finding out atleast. The question is not pen or you don't have tie-up with my insurance company, the kind of people you are having.
