I am writing to inform you that I have contacted customer care department many times concerning about my Creta special edition car kL28C4656.The car has had many problems since I bought it last September from mgf kottayam and I have to take it to the service center, [MGF VADAVATHOOR kottayam] several times each month. Nothing has been properly resolved so far.The car is having problems, such as the steering becomes difficult when driving. The warning light for abs and emergency break comes on when driving. I have been fed up with all of this since I bought it. I want this fixed, whether it's a new car or someone to fix everything that's wrong with this one.
Every time they say that everything has been fixed and if anything happens they will send someone to take the car. They are just making fun o[censored]s. As a leading company, we will not tolerate such bad customer service. If your company can't do anything about these issues, we will file a case in court.
